★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to this atirr for a long time now today I decided to give them a good review because I'm happy with there Service products and repair, I seen few negative comments on their Google review and I am assuming those are picky people or one-time customer or it is a saying you cannot satisfy everyone, I went back to the store to even ask him about each case and he give me a clear explanation so all I can say to these people who left these negative comments is this makes them look bad not the business, because I am happy with their service along with me there is a lot of other people who are happy. Keep up the good work and you guys have a good business strategies that's why you guys have multiple locations. I strongly recommend the store.

No matter your industry, quality customer service has become a major differentiating factor for businesses.
If your customer service team is not up to snuff, your company will be hemorrhaging revenue but you guys are up to date .
To be honest, quality customer service is complicated. Essentially, your customers need to embrace these mantras some of your customers reviews I seen on your Google page those customers are horrible and they have no manners and they are probably selfish people. I've been coming to you for a new year and I'm extremely happy with the service I get all the time for repair my cell phone and phone plans I got and you guys fixed my phone fix my laptop.

I've gone to others shops prior to this one but the service I received from Navi was spectacular. I felt comfortable getting my items repaired and brought couple of other stuff from this shop. This will be my go to store from here on! Thank you for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there since my laptop was not charging properly. Navi just tinkered with it for a little bit, my laptop started charging properly! The same thing happened when I brought my laptop the second time. This guy has magic hands! Since my laptop started charging properly, he just told me to take it home and test it. Did not even charge me for his time. Great service and does not take advantage of people. I will definitely go back to his store and give him the business. I am actually thinking of going there soon to get some electronic accessories that I need.
