★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Best Buy to get Xbox driving attachments. Young women in customer service near gaming section were chatting and having coffee. I asked them for help with the products. One kind of looked at her phone to see stock and then pointed out two options. She knew absolutely nothing about them. In fact when I asked questions, she made up answers. Everything she told me was wrong which I found out by just reading the box which is what she could have done to help. She really couldn’t have known less and made no effort to really help - like read the box herself. When someone is spending a lot of money on a product they want accurate information to help them decide. Or at the very least an honest sales associate willing to problem solve with you rather than just to return to her coffee and chat. What a wasted trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been doing business with best buy in various capacities for about 13 years. Monday, ordered an $1800 GPU, supposedly having a 24 hour turnaround time. They waited on sending it out several days before shipping with E24, it arrived on Thursday. Please have consideration with offering speedier shipping for large purchases. They always take long to ship out it seems from the heartland location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Best Buy location has extremely friendly staff and great customer service. I came here looking for a speaker and one of the employees who was helping me helped me find a JBL speaker. It's sound quality is perfect and it was within my budget. I look forward to using it this summer and coming back to this location in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Sony TV and it arrived within three days! I couldn't believe how quick shipping was. It really was a "Best Buy". Price was too good to not buy this smart tv. Very happy wuth my purchase. Television arrived in perfect condition. I've had an experience at Best Buy with a return as well. It was very easy and they had a courier pick it up the next business day and I was refunded within a week. Customer service staff is great. I highly recommend Best Buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It had been some time since I had visited Best Buy. They seem to have really updated and modernized their stores - at least, this one has. What I also noticed is that they were much more organized and had a department for every tech companies' tech and gadgets.
I went to the Google kiosk which was pretty large and the woman attending the kiosk was very helpful. I had to wait, however, until she was done with the person prior to my entry. I feel that there should have been more attendants on duty, especially when I asked for someone else to be sent because the wait time was becoming unusually long. The customer before had a lot of questions and was making a lot of purchases. While I understand the need to attend to one person at a time, their needs to be more attendants at a particularly popular kiosk. That said, when it came to my turn, the clerk answered all my questions regarding the Pixel Buds that I wanted to purchase with accuracy and was also helpful in letting me know that the price would go down by 40 CAD on the night before Christmas. And even if I made my purchase now, I could come back with my receipt within the next month or so to receive a credit back to my credit card.
The store was not too busy elsewhere at the time of night that I visited.
On my way out, however, I found the cashier to be a little bit rude and arrogant. She could receive better training with customer service. When asking about the credit and for a bag for my purchase, she was rolling her eyes so to speak.
Besides the cashier, I found the experience to be very pleasant and I would definitely visit this particular Best Buy again for more of my technology needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is a very big one and the layout is very good and you can see all the departments .. went to the store to drop my old Television for recycling.. they were very friendly and accommodating and they asked me to drop it .. reduced one star because they did not gave any slip or receipt that they have received..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge store great collection and usually good deals. Not very good at customer service since the representatives don’t really have A clear understanding of the product vs the requirement.
They have Mobilr devices and deals on it, there is microwave and television deals.
They also have gaming equipment and photography console. The music systems have alot to see here. They have Chromebook laptops and monitors available.
It is a clean store and has multiple checkout counters along with customer service.
They also have good deals on music devices or instruments sometimes but you need to check Befirw checking out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to purchase a few closing gifts for my clients and was helped immediately with great respect from Sandy. Jordan was very informative on the products I had purchased and was also very respectful with answering all my questions. To add to this, I had also asked for a favour on getting the gifts wrapped for me and Sandy & Harlena went above and beyond on wrapping all my gifts . I will definitely return to purchase more gifts from this location. The service and customer care was more than I had expected.
