Had a fantastic shopping experience with Frank Silva. He took care of me like I had been a customer of his for years, finding exactly what I needed, and making me feel very valued. Could not recommend more highly.

Had a wonderful experience during my appointment with Imam today to help me buy a new suit for an upcoming wedding. He recommended the perfect fit and pattern and ensured everything was just right, including belt, shoes and the socks. He even offered my girlfriend an espresso and made sure she was comfortable during the appointment. Truly exceptional customer service and experience. We will definitely be back and would absolutely recommend asking for him to help you. Thank you Imam!

Nonexistent customer service. There were about 4-5 sales associate standing around and chatting but no one offered any assistance. Better off navigating the store on your own. Just wait for the Harry Rosen at Square One to have their sale, you’ll have a better experience.

The worst customer reps by far. Do not come here. I came in a month ago looking for a blue suit and had to settle for just blue pants. I now came back looking to see if they could match it to a blue jacket. We spent an hour looking and couldnt find it and decided to go for a different colour. Then the matching jacket caught my eye and I tried it on. When I went to checkout I was told it was apart of a set and I HAD TO BUY THE ENTIRE SUIT INCLUDING THE PANTS AGAIN. Why were the pants even sold separately in the first place to me. The lack of knowledgable employees has made me buy a pair of pants and now that I find the entire matching suit I have to double up on pants. Robbery at its finest. They will tell you they don’t have the entire suit but then you go to the store and they do! And now you have to double up on either the pants or jacket. Update (They did even worse this time) - I was told I could buy the entire suit and return the pants. I go into the store and they showed me the wrong suit (on the right), I told them that is not the suit I wanted or wore the day prior. They gaslighted me into thinking it was the exact same suit and that they could not have messed it up (ironic). Thank god I had a photo or else they would not believe me. The manager Nancy told me to buy a different suit because they could not find the suit from the day prior (EXACTLY what happened before). Lone and behold I found the suit MYSELF. Had I not found a suit MYSELF I would have been forced to buy a different suit. Very ironic. Incredibly terrible service. Poor awareness. If the customer has to find the exact suit twice that should tell you something. Do not ever come here. You are begging to receive horrendous service. If you want a good suit you WILL have to find it yourself. The reps cant find anything to save their lives.

We loved that there was enough staffing and that we had a salesperson to help us throughout our experience at Harry Rosen’s. Eddie Fok was super professional and knew how to handle customers. He was patient, experienced and knew exactly what to offer us as options. He was very upfront with pricing and promotions. We walked in for a suit but walked out with much more (a few suits, a few tops a winter jacket and we are so happy that these were good quality purchases that will stand the test of time to last us a few years. Thank you to Harry Rosen for having excellent salespeople like Eddie who made the difference after we went to a few other stores that disappointed us. I would recommend Harry Rosen for anyone looking for a good suit and excellent service.

Great Quality clothing at reduced prices. Staff are very helpful and professional. They take their time helping you coordinate a stylish, professional updated look Their tailors go to great lengths to make everything fit perfect Harry Rosen clothes can make anyone look like a million dollars at a fraction of that.

The service here is top notch. They make you feel really important unlike other stores that I have been to. Joseph helped me with my engagement suit and I looked damn good! Anytime I go there, I always look for Joseph, his level of service unbelievable. I just wish I could have him help me with my custom tailored tuxedo at the square one location

I had just spent the last 2 days looks for a black suit which is surprisingly difficult to find in the beginning of spring. Thankfully I made an appointment with Frank at the Harry Rosen Outlet and he had the perfect suit picked out in the first 5 minutes. It fit wonderfully and was in my budget. The store has a great selection and Frank has a great eye!
