★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is amazing! I love shopping at the heartland location, I feel that the sales associates really tend to your needs and ensure that your shopping experience goes well. The only problem with this store are the customers, they are quite rude and aggressive with the associates but I must say the associates handle the conflicts and all the ignorant comments with maturity and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come here to get something, online it says 7pm and all the employees working inside and closed the door and said its till 5pm. Management and employees so rude. Update your timings online. People are here to buy buy cause they check online and come here to buy. You can even update online your timings. You don't respect other people time.

Do not trust the promo prices you can see on the products! Do not even ask or discuss anything with anyone in this store! They can easily yell at you: “TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT”. No matter you are a loyal or a new customer, THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL!
