★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever at this store today. Rude, least caring people working at Aldo. Bought shoes from another Aldo store a few days ago, wore them just once for a dinner in a restaurant, saw the shoes were already starting to wear out from the front when I reached home from dinner. I packed them immediately, now few days later came to return the shoes to this store and was treated in the worst way customer could be treated by the manager. I told her the same story, that I wore them literally once for a dinner, got out of the car, went to the restaurant, had dinner and then came back, and saw there was already wear and tear in front. Her response was "once you wear the shoes outside the showroom, it's second hand property, we won't accept them, they are no longer saleable." My question to Aldo and to everyone reading this review is, why would you put a 60 day return policy on your shoes when you can't even wear them outside the showroom as you will treat them as not saleable??? The shoes were brand new, except some dirt which can be cleaned with a wet paper towel, nothing serious was there. AND to top it all off they are selling a cleaning agent on their front counter. When I said you can use the cleaning agent as well to get the littlest of dirt that's on the shoes out, she shouted at me and these were her exact words "AND WHY WOULD I DO THAT?" Then explain to me lady, why are you selling those cleaning agents to US?
BUYERS BEWARE: THIS is the kind of respect and treatment customers receive here. They don't care about their customers once they have made the sale. Don't buy your shoes from Aldo. Buy shoes from somewhere else. This is my last purchase with them ever as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice collection of footwears , especially staff members are so nice and sweet, They always be there for help you. Ashna Patel is one of them, she's so nice and uttend very well the customer.
Clossing time is not matched with the website,It's 7pm .so plan accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for the nearest store that was still open till 7pm and I saw this one according to Google online. Drove 8km to this place 6.10pm to find the door locked, they said they were closed. A guy came right after me and also wanted to get in and shop but found it locked too. I was in my car about to leave and found that the door was opened for him and I quickly got out to see the guy shopping inside picking stuff while other shoppers previously inside also shopping and taking their sweet time, didn't seem like a store that was closed as they previously claimed. The store attendant insisted they were closed and I couldn't get in. I would have assumed Google direction was an error but their door signs showed they are open till 7pm on Saturdays and letting the other guy in shows they do not treat all customers equally. Sad!
