★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience in returning a product which got damaged after using it once. The manager as well as the associate were quite understanding and helpful without any judgements. Awesome job and amazing customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this store today 04/14 @1pm wanting to return a boot i had bought in Nov.2020.
The boot i had bought for work and since it was the pandemic, I was WFH and I still am - permanently. I therfore do not need this boot anylonger.
I have not worn this boot, the price tag is still on and i have the receipt. - it was still in the bag from the day it was bought.
I spoke with the store manager, Raquel , whom was not interested in any of the above- all she was concerned about was the fact that Nordstorm would be loosing out since it has already been taken out of the system.
Basically a perfectly clean not worn boot with tag and receipt was not returnable even for a store credit.
Now what type of customer service is that.
I shall never go to this location ever again and truly believe that Nordstorm should educate their managers better.
I shall be taking this further for this is totally unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nordstrom Rack Heartland Town Centre - the staff are very helpful and very patient with the customer. The store is smaller comparing to the one in Ottawa. However, the merchandise are displayed in a very clean and tidy manner. In the mens wear section you can find formal to casual stylish wear. In the womens wear section, selection is even much bigger. Other than the stylish fashion, accessories, sport goods, the shop also provide phone charging station and free WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is somewhat depressing. There's a lot of the same stuff, not much choice. The store was clean, but nothing gave you the eager feeling to remain and shop. Hopefully there will be more variety to choose from soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the store is split roughly 3% kids, 12% men's, and 85% women's by merchandise. Only once did I find exceptional deals b/c there was a sale on denim and I happened to be in the store. I wish they elevate their outlet business as a separate business division and inform customers on mailing lists of upcoming promos instead of rewarding foot traffic only. A Canadian rack site like the US will obviously be a game changer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found some great pieces and prices were pretty good as well, lots of mark downs. For men's, I wish they had more sleeker style options, something that stands out. Everything seemed very bland.
