★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and super nice staff, all of whom were distancing and recommending that customers sanitize etc. Went for a new face mask ($35) and ended up with a bunch of other stuff for my kids she is mostly buy-1-get-1-half. The mask is so comfortable and cool. Would very much shop here again.

The way these ladies talked with the customers were so rude. I would suggest the owner to educate these 2 ladies with good customer service. These ladies were so pathetic!!!! Negative star for both of you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a long time I wanted to shop in this store as I love this product brand. It was my first visit and it say's "up to 40%" off entire store. I went in and found a jacket I loved. I realize there's sometimes a 'fine print', so I asked the sales lady if this was included in the 40% and she said yes. I tried a couple more jackets on and decided to grab two of the same jacket but in two different colors. When I went to pay, the same sales lady said these jackets weren't part of the sale. The racks were different. I was so disgusted and disappointed. It really left a bad feeling in me about this store. Terrible customer experience.

Product: 7/10. The stuff here comes at a discount, but I wouldn’t say it’s a steal. It’s what you’d expect at an Outlet with more popular or older styles at a discount.
Environment: 9/10. Mostly clean actually! Closes pretty early… 6 PM on Saturdays. Other stores (Adidas) are open until 7 minimum.
Service: 2/10. Lines were incredibly long… I timed 27 minutes according to my iPhone stopwatch. What was worse was when I saw a disabled elderly man ask the UnderArmour rep if he could get assistance since the line was too long. He was standing with a cane get told to sit and wait in the back instead of increasing cashiers or allowing him to pay and leave. That was really sad to see.
Hope they can learn and get their service standards up to the same level of cleanliness. It’s an outlet… expect bad service, older products at 20-80% off, and lots of long lines. Maybe bring a chair or walker if you’re older than 70 - cause they simply don’t care.
