Store is poorly organized and messy. I didn’t even have a place to put my wallet on the cash registers because it was covered in tags and junk. Selection is decent but good luck trying to get someone to help you get a size. Staff is not very attentive and lazy. You’re better off ordering online. However I got a pair of sorrel boots (that they didn’t have in store and I ordered online) and they’re fantasist.

My experience is always delightful when I shop here, the staff is very friendly and the manger is extremely helpful, she always goes above and beyond to make sure all my shoe needs are met, even if they don't have the shoe or size im looking for she will always try her best to find what I'm looking for. 10/10

Manager of the store is the worst !! Super rude to all her customers, will never shop here again. She should be fired on the spot. Clearly from reading all these other reviews this is an ongoing problem. I already contacted customer service via the 1877 number but i doubt they will do anything about it , seeing as many people have been writing reviews about terrible customer service for months now. Hire people actually capable of providing good customer service and not someone who is stuck up

In response to your reply to my review about your terrible customer service, there are manners in which anyone should speak to another human being. Your staff was pestering me and stalking me and getting paranoid when no one was in the store - in fact her own paranoia and stalking me would give her covid for sure! It is also the Government rule that if someone is exempt from masks to let them in without question but even then I offered to show my exemption statement. I drove to Sketchers next and was treated wonderfully and without any rudeness, paranoias and given time to shop. Please don't make excuses for your rudeness and get a class on customer service 101. Also just look at your reviews that give you a 1 star. I am sure that star is for location and nothing else.

This store has the rudest staff. I am medically exempt from a mask and have the proof with me and all stores at heartland accepted my exemption without seeing proof but at soft moc the woman kept harassing me and following me telling me she'll kick me out if my mask comes even a little lower than my nose. To protect my own self I stay away from people and keep a mask on that I need to keep pulling under my nose when no one is around. Needless to say I didn't bother looking at shoes and left...never shopping here again.

My wife and I entered this establishment in search of indigenous footwear for the Every Child Matters Gala we were hosting that night at our estate. My wife pointed out to me that a staff member was not wearing their mask correctly while working in the back room, As the staff member exited the back room and pull the mask over their nose I got their attention and informed the staff member that they should wear their mask properly at all times! They told me they were the only one working in the back room and attempted to convince my wife and I that it was acceptable, We are a society of laws and governing bodies, these laws and governing bodies are what keep us safe. I explained this to the employee in detail, upon summation I heard a slow clapping from the far corner of the establishment, and elderly woman, and then another a man and his son purchasing soccer cleats! Soon the whole store was clapping as I championed for their safety.

BUYER BEWARE !!! My sister bought this shoes as items on display. I noticed that it has been worn out a bit. So I asked the associate to give discount but they refused because they told me it was on sale already. I'm okay with this as I think we can change our minds later according to the store's policy. It was the last pair of this size. So after 1 week, we came back to the store and asked for a refund. However, they told me they won't refund because the product is used. In reality, we NEVER USE it. They told me if item is on display. One of them must be clean, the other one should be dirty. However, when people try the shoes at the store. They always wear both. Nobody will try just ONE SHOE !!! Because of that, both shoes must be worn out equally. More worst, the cashier who helped us on that day... refused to say anything...even though he knows the whole story. He packed the shoes for us. I talked to the Corporate website on live chat. But they told us they can't do anything ??? At the end ...nothing is done …I'm completely speechless :o This will be the last time I buy something from here. I never experience anything like this at any other stores....I'm shocked....Please LIKE this comment so others can see !!!
