I would like to tell you that Customer service is much more than just meeting and exceeding expectations of your customers. It’s about building long-lasting relationship with them. And just like any relationship,Β it takes time, mutual interests and willingness to be open and honest to make it work.i am so proud of Being Leon,s Client as they always prove that they are the best sellers in Canada ,I am always looking forward to do shopping from there as they are excellent in their services..

We purchased a power reclining sofa and chair in July 2021. We spent over $5,000 including tax and extended warranty. In February of 2022 the power recliners on the sofa stopped working. Leon's sent out a technician within a few days who said we need a new transformer. When the part comes in, someone will call to set up an appointment. In May the power recliner on the chair stopped working. We're now almost in June and still don't have the part for the sofa. The technician did come back today and installed a new transformer in the sofa, although I don't know where he got the part as Leon's says it hasn't come in yet. He tested both recliners and they worked. Right after he left, we went to put the recliner all the way down and the transformer blew leaving the footrest partially raised. Luckily we were able to catch the technician who came back and looked at the sofa again. Unfortunately he couldn't determine what the issue was and said he will have to call the manufacturer. Whenever we call the store they say they will look into it and call us back. Most times no one calls back and you have to keep contacting them, and even then you don't get any information. The furniture is only 10 months old. It's a good thing we purchased the extended warranty because we will very likely need it. Leon's warranty says they will replace the piece if they can't repair it. Question is how long do you have to wait before they make that decision? We always thought Leon's had a good reputation. This experience has proven otherwise. Very disappointed in the quality and customer service.

I always say that you're only able to assess the service level only when there is an issue. Let alone providing any resolution the customer service manager Barbie didn't even bother to call back even after committing. It's been months now and I believe they've even closed the case on their end. Sad to see the service level going so low. Leon's you definitely deserve a better Customer Service Manager.

JD always has been transparent and never a pushysalesman. He is your go to man, no frills he will give you the truth and make honest and feasible recommendations. He never pressures you or over sells. He keeps it all the way 100 and major key in a Salesperson. He never pushes useless warranties but he does recommend in a manner where you truly understand the benefits. I will only use him and only recommend him. Tell him I sent you. I've always used him on multiple purchases.

It is an amazing experience as usual offered by the gentleman sales associate Ahmad Alsokkary. He is always so helpful and kind giving me the more than expected level of service at Leon’s Mississauga. Thanks to the great store manager for his kind help. I will always recommend that store because of the great team there. Thank you once again Ahmad for making good choices happen to my family.

I recently purchased a whole house or furniture, bed sets, mattresses dining and living area. Shelly was the most amazing sales rep I came across at Leon's. She helped me with getting the delivery dates we required and any other special requests I had. Great customer service! Highly recommend seeing Shelly, if you are looking for the best customer service.

Dean was truly amazing. The service he provided was very informative. It was a learning experience he took the time to provide me with pricing comparisons. He provided me with great detail on the features and benefits of the items I purchased. My husband and I had a great shopping experience. I highly recommend shopping with Dean.

Almost One year has passed and still no furniture delivery. The items that have been delivered 3 months ago are badly damaged and may not even last a year. Very low quality and shameful customer service. - Tom Kalra is our sales person at the Britannia location in Mississauga through whom we ordered a sofa set on 26 July 2021 with 6-8 weeks delivery time. 2 out of 3 sofas were delivered on 4th Nov. 2021 which is more than 3 months from the estimated date. The 3rd sofa has still not come and it will be 9 months in this April with Leon's postponing the delivery date every 2-3 weeks without informing us. Tom keeps speaking round and round while promising that he will expedite with their Manager but we have never heard from them ever. - Regarding the horrible quality: in 4 months from Nov 2021 to now, the sofas have sagged and the leather is rubbing and making noises when reclining. Their technicians came to check two weeks ago and admitted that the sofas were in a bad shape and needed replacement. We were advised that someone will contact us. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS and nobody has called us about the sofas or the delivery of the 3rd piece. This actually calls for a full refund because these sofas dont seem to last even one more year before they totally fall apart. If some Manager could please give us some attention and contact us for a resolution, it will be appreciated, as such ignorance is not expected from a big company like this.
