★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say, the company's return policy is terrible. I basically lost money returning back the product! Horrible experience with the sales team. The supervisor Paul sends me an email telling me I'll receive a refund but must pay return shipping. Hmmm let's calculate. Parts cost 31$ shipping to receive it 15$, to return parts back 16$ do the math and tell me if this is fair business. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Do the right thing for your customers. BUYER BEWARE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, high quality service and very reasonably priced. My iPad Air had charging-related issues with the battery and charging port. Apple store wouldn't touch it. Esource Parts brought it back to life, and it's as good as new again. Very happy with my experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new phone as I accidentally dropped mine in water, so I was send a new phone, and when trying to put in my SIMS in the new phone, I flicked the tray across the room and couldn't find it anywhere. It was a mess, I ordered the tiny tray after finding Esource on line for my new phone for pick up in store, I was living a nightmare as I couldn't transfer my contacts or pictures to my new device so thought I lost my contacts and more importantly my pictures, I was devastated. I was greeted by a wonderful man who dropped everything to sort everything out for me, he took the time to help me and set up the new phone, transfer everything when he didn't have to do any of it. The pictures were irreplaceable, he has no idea how much his kindness meant to me. I went in to get a replacement part that actually cost just over 5 dollars, and this wonderful man made everything right. Thank you for your kindness. Best experience EVER! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of Esource’s parts is darn near original and in some cases they are! I’m speaking from experience using their parts service for helping friends with busted devices. I could go on about the quality but trust me when I say top notch as I trust no other for my parts. The service is out standing and one on one, they will find it if they don’t have it and the best thing is they are prompt.
The shipping and delivery well that’s another area of first class service… when your parts and delivery need to first class, there’s no other I trust that Esource!
