★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a phone from them over Best Buy, they cancelled my order pretending they were out of stock. 10 minutes later they changed the price X10 more and they suddenly it was back in stock.
The customer service was VERY bad he refused to fix the problem so I got to call a lawyer to make them respect the Canadian laws.
Very bad standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a phone through Waart that was supplied by this company. The phone worked for about 2 weeks before it went to the blue screen and didn't work anymore. I contacted Walmart and also contacted the supply company as instructed. They still haven't replied to me or Walmart for that matter. Now because of their blatant disregard for their customers I'm out $303 for a phone that died! I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a scam. I purchased a phone from them through Walmart.ca, it took 2 months just to get a return label and now it's has been a month with no refund. Do not purchase anything from them from anywhere. Even Walmart is in disbelief. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are a scam company.
