Didn’t have professional or courteous experience with this store. Dates of delivery were changed many times and items came in pieces on different dates. The delivery guys when delivering couches didn’t even bother to take shoes off and came with dirty muddy shoes in our newly built house. One of the delivery guy even politely pressed us to give some food items by telling stories of people giving them food while delivering items in their houses. They even loosely installed feet of couches. After they left, a big scratch on floor was also noticed. The 2nd delivery team while delivery bed set showed an attitude when asked to put bed in middle of the wall. Last but not the least, when the store confirmed delivery of dining table, we kept dinner on next day of delivery to celebrate with near and dear ones. Coincidentally, that day was our biggest religious event of Eid. Then came the worst part. Delivery arrived on time told, Ashley's installation guys after spending 30 min on dining table told us that they have brought wrong table and they have to take it back. I was perplexed at the level of professionalism on the part of store. They took the table back and said that the store will arrange some loaner table for dinner tomorrow. I called everywhere starting from the sales person who told me that she is on 2 days leave because of Eid and I should call customer services and let her know. She even didn’t bother to take the issue seriously. Spent couple of hours calling everywhere. Then called the store manager Anil and explained whole story. He said he will call me back in 15-20 min after arranging loaner table. That call never came. I tried calling him many times on his personal number also and he didn’t pick the calls. I also left him a message but to no avail. If the store manager behaves like this what to expect from the sales team of the store. None of these people never called me back. I embarrassingly called off the dinner at the last moment courtesy Ashley’s. In the end I want to thank Ashley's for making a mockery of our religious event. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience shopping with Ashley’s in general and with store team in particular. Hats off Ashley’s.

It was my first time ordering at Ashley furniture and their amazing. There customer service was smooth, there were no issues at all. The delivery people were also amazing. I rate them a 10 star because I was so impressed with their team. Thank you to Jenny your amazing at what you do. Thank you Ashley furniture for the great experience.

People please stay away from them. They are doing totally scam with you. I ordered furniture worth pricing 8000$. First of all i just got partial delivery after all wrong dates commitments and after delivery i got al damaged furniture. I got leather sectional and dinning chairs and bench those are also damaged. I immediately contact sales manager. They said contact guest care. First of all i bought my furniture from your store why would we contact guest care and moreover there is no response from anyone yet. Even i am trying to contact in store. No one is receiving call. So it’s totally frustrated. ???? Edit: Nov/24/2021 after so many follow ups with guest care and the sales team who placed my entire order her names is Sonia Soomro. Surprisingly she assistant store manager. Even she didn’t anything for me. From last 20 days she is continuing lying to me to replace my damaged order. Even she is not taking my calls i have to visit store every time which is 120 km from woodstock. But today i found from store manager even she didn’t done anything yet. But the sales manager raised refund request for me today but still they said i have to wait until my refund request approve from guest care and when i visit store today that lady even didn’t came to me to help. Mr. Anil might help you out in this situation. But don’t trust those commission guys. But still i have to wait to get my hard earned money.

I can honestly say that from day one when my wife and I walked in the showroom to look around, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure tactics to buy anything. The saleswoman Zafreen was great with us from the start and worked out a great deal for us on the purchase of a few pieces of furniture. After the purchase, everything was handled with true professionalism onward. All correspondence was handled through calls, email as well as texts confirming delivery dates and times, which was sooner than we expected. Jenny handled all the delivery details, with steady updates on drivers location and time of arrival. The delivery men finalized it with great service as well. We would highly recommend Ashley Home Store to anyone looking to buy something. Five star service from start to finish! Thanks for looking after us, much appreciated. ?

Absolutely livid at the customer service they apparently pride themselves on. My folks ordered a queen size bed in early March and recieved by near end. When it cane time for assembly it was discovered that a bracket to secure the side board is incorrect and infact inverted. We spoke to their representatives about this issue and they claimed it that the replacement part will come in May. We weren't happy about it but decided to wait. Now they claim that the part will arrive in June. As we are not happy with this delay, we are asking for a refund. However refusing to give a us a refund citing '48 hrs' time limit. This is completely bogus and unacceptable due to the following facts. 1.)The bed was only partially assembled and left in an incomplete state due to the wrong /inverted bracket. 2.) We immediately notified the said problem and they informed us about them ordering the part for May. Now its been pushed to June. 3.) The said bed has not been used and the 48 hrs period is only if the bed has been infact completed and tested by the customer. This is in order to product satisfaction. This obviously hasn't happened 4.) We've paid for everything to ensure the bed assembly would be seamless but this not the case and they are giving us the runaround. They can easily courier the correct part but failure do so. We are demanding a refunded and to take away the bed. It is unacceptable for your company to hold my parents money hostage when they no longer desire the bed. We will be going to Heartland stire to voice our displeasure and we will escalate this blatant theft a dishonesty by your company customer service. I will be lodging a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for this gross conduct.

Despite the 4months waiting for the couches. Today my wife and I were excited to get our couches after lots of hustling with the company and the salesperson who will forget you right after swapping your credit card. I am outrage with the delivery service we received. We had white gloves service and you can see from the picture attached of what that means to the company. Of the 3 delivery people, two were great and one of them was a disaster. He refused to put on his mask and my wife had to ask him three time and explained she is pregnant. He became furious he had to wear his mask and told her she can assemble the couch herself. She insisted he finish assembling it, he started getting aggressive with her and this is how he left it. I cannot believe the company would allow their employees to not wear masks on delivery and this is their service. We called the store manager and it’s almost impossible to get hold of him/her. Salesperson told us “go make an online complaint “ . I got one word for this place Disaster. I have even attached a picture of there delivery confirmation showing the disaster they were proud of. Do not purchase from this place if you want good and safe service.

Lalit was amazing to deal with. He didn’t harass me and follow me around the store like they do in most of the other furniture stores that I’ve been to but he also didn’t ignore me and was available for questions and to help me that day and all the millions of times I went back. Honestly, the perfect balance of customer service. I changed my mind a bunch of times and he supported my nonsense along the way. Ended up with my first choose, a great sofa that is super big and super soft that my family loves. Very happy with my experience and I will definitely recommend shopping with him. Thanks Lalit!

Worst Customer Guest Care ever!!! They don’t care about the customer AT ALL. Don’t get deceived by the 5 star reviews, they didn’t deal with the customer care, otherwise they would give one star. We bought a coffee table 6 months and when it got delivered, the top was not aligned properly( it’s one of those with moving top). We called Customer Care and video called with a technician and he said the table should be replaced. We waited couple of weeks and another technician called us to say that Ashley don’t replace anything and the just fix the issue. We waited couple of weeks, technician came to fix the table but after examining the issue, he said the surface is curved and it needs to be replaced. OMG we have waited weeks for the same answer!!! Again we waited more weeks for the surface to arrive, the technician tried to change the surface but after two hours he couldn’t and said it cannot be fixed here and he need to take the table to the factory. And while he was putting back the old surface, he broke a leg of the table!!! You could imagine how frustrated we were at this point. Again after one week they took the table to fix it, and today after one week to no surprise the table came back with the top not being fixed and a corner of the table being badly damaged!! I mean after 6 months, hours of wasting time on phone with customer care, the $800 coffee table still has the problem it had the day one plus now it has a terrible dent at one corner. And the worst of all this is that no one, no one take responsibility for what they have done! Take your money and shop from a company that care about you and your time! Ashley is worse. I don’t know what else should happened for Ashley to replace item by new one instead of to try fixing it.
