The staff here especially the front desk staff is not friendly or welcoming, sometimes rude and unacceptable behaviour too, The staff should learn how to treat the patients with care and concern. Also very hard to even get a phone in appointment with doctor, may have to wait for 2 weeks to 1 month atleast, the staff never say we will try to fix an appointment soon, their immediate response is β€œno there is no phone in /inperson appointment available, you have to wait”. Understand the waiting period, but as a patient, we expect a polite answer.Even though you have been to the clinic many times they behave as if you are a stranger.The doctors are nice, thats why I am giving one star.My family doctor is so polite and understanding, wish the staff had the same qualities too.

Horrible staff with ridiculous customer service. They should be giving training or do schooling again in dealing with patients or regular customer. Even if I am getting good service from my family doctor, I might rethink to come & visit this clinic as I don’t want to indulge myself with disgusting staff who forgot their mannerism. Actually, the way they behave shows their upbringing and the attitude they talk with should be left in their own pockets as everybody has its own!!!

We have been visiting this clinic for over a year now and thought its time to provide the experience so far. The family doctor is good and caring but when it comes to dealing with reception, the experience is very bad so far. I believe being professional is must have but in my opinion, the receptionists needs to have social skills and empathy (considering they work in medical industry). They will always make hold the line for at least 5 to 10 mins, even you booked an appoint there are usually long wait times, also in the doctors room, you wait for another 30 mins, even telling them the medical situations they will give you hard time in adjusting the schedules and mot importantly, the way they treat their patients. I have been trying to convey these challenges to their management but they haven't provided any means to provide either feedback or grievance handling. I am not even sure if doctors are aware about these behaviors and we are definitely exploring options after going through this experience.

Was transferring to another clinic. This place has horrible availability and the staff are inefficient. Got a call to pick up my files so I called back..after being on hold for 5 minutes the receptionist told me if I got a call then they're ready. So I show up and....surprise..they're not ready. So I told them I want them now.. Absolutely the most inefficient front end staff of any clinic. And they charge for everything. Stay away from this place. Awful service.

Rude staff. Needs to learn how to communicate with the members of public. I belong to healthcare sector yet we have been taught how to talk to people. The lady on reception April 19th evening shift is the rudest person ever. Plus mention on the top of your website that clinic closes at 8pm but we take walk ins only until 530pm. Why is this not mentioned as priority on the website? Plus if a patient is in extreme pain and the clinic is empty why can’t my family doctor just sign a prescription? The receptionist needs to learn basic listening skills to at least listen to the concerns. Horrible reception staff.

I was thinking to switch from my existing clinic to this one as my GP switched to this clinic. However after going through so many bad reviews regarding the front desk , I'd rather prefer staying at my existing location. Don't know if the clinic's management takes these reviews seriously, but front desks' attitude really matters a lot. They are the face of your organization and you are in the business of providing services which desperately needs a good attitude from the first point of contact. My existing clinic's front desk also has issues (guess all of them need training) but I'd rather stay with them knowing how to manage them and avoid the unknown!

Doctor Tangri is the best. We were living in the same apartment and were fortunate enough to get into Dr Tangri's care when my wife was expecting. Right from Day 1, the doctor listened to us, referred us for relevant tests and to other clinics wherever needed and patiently explains at each step what is to be expected and what are the signs of caution we should be aware of. Not only was the doctor always easily approachable, he remembered each time, our previous conversations and history. He is the family doctor for me, my wife and my infant boy and always provided amazing care for all of us. I cannot recommend him enough for his sound advise and his attitude. The clinic overall can get busy as they accept walk-ins and there is delay even when the appointment is booked. That said the staff try to manage the best with this. Karen from the staff is great as well. As I've moved from the area, I am sad to be moving from his care but if you have him as your family doctor, you will be in good care.

Extremely rude receptionists at this location. A star is only for my family doctor, Dr. is very nice and empathetic. Receptionists at this location deserve zero star. It is highly recommended to give training to them about good customer service skills. Be it on phone or in person, they are always rude and frustrated. What’s that stupid attitude for? They really to learn the basics of customer service. They even lied to me about not receiving my important report on time from ultrasound clinic. When I investigated in detail in both the clinics, I found out that they did receive the report on time and lied to me. They were not even sorry for their mistake. Acted as if nothing had happened. Also, this clinic is still working in Stone Age. They don’t have Wi-fi which means no email service, no virtual appointments with doctor if required. I haven’t seen such a backward clinic. And, who charges a $ for 1 page printout from their patients. It is such a trouble as it’s hard to keep coins ? in bag every time you go there. The clinic services need to be ramped up ASAP.
