All the staff members there are rude and bad and every time we call to see Dr nihad the assistant come instead so I guess it's time to change and go to a different family doctor because we can't see her anymore.

Most horribly sad and stressful experience I ever had with an office. I wanted to switch my family dr from Hamilton to Mississauga since I moved here in September. I called asking to have Dr Nihad as my new family dr and made an appointment to start my file with Dr Nihad thinking I was going to see her the first time. For my first appointment, I needed to transfer my file and the lady at the front desk “Samah” was being super rude and very unpleasant to talk to. My appointment was at 10:30am and I went in like 11:30am. After that I sat with one of the assistants the first time who was cluelessly listening to all my symptoms and doing nothing. I told her I had a fever for the past two weeks as well! She literally sent me home and told me to come next week for a physical when I clearly needed help sooner. I came again the next week telling Samah my family dr needed the requisition form in order to submit my file to Nihad. Why wasn’t that done a week ago? She was super rude again and seemed lazy not wanting to just do her job. It was very unprofessional. How did they think he could give my file so easily without a requisition form? The second appointment with the Dr I had a physical exam done so unprofessional I didn’t even get my temperature measured when I had a fever. The assistant scheduled a blood test so I did it and saw my result online a week sooner before even seeing the Dr and I found my liver at risk and came a week later to finally see Nihad. When I met her my symptoms worsened since it had been more than 20 days with the fever. I didn’t like that she complained to me right away that she didn’t want to be my family dr because she has too many patients. Why give me appointments here to begin with if you’re not even going to help me? You know you’re getting paid? Anyways I had to do these ultrasounds after and more blood tests. To cut to the point she never called me back with any of the results as she said she would. I was rushed to the ER and three days after she calls me when I can’t even speak from being breathless and tells me through my husband that my liver function is bad and I had to go to the ER. How ridiculous. On top of that when I came out of the hospital I had to chase her to get my results for the real doctor in the ER who conducted the results the same day and gave me a proper diagnosis. It took a month with this lousy clinic. I went to so many appointments they sent me to for no reason and she didn’t even want to give me my results when I was urgently needed them. I had to keep calling the secretary Samah who lied and said the ultrasound results didn’t come in (I had called the ultrasound clinic and they said they sent it a week ago). Samah should be fired. I have to say, I feel bad for anyone who has cancer (not knowing they do) and comes to you. You will kill them by the time they find out. Actually I bet it already happened. I hope you realized you messed with the wrong person. Enjoy the beginning of your bad review.

Dr Nihad is the best doctor period. She's patient and very knowledgeable. Our family has been coming for years and can't see any other doctors. With an appointment, there is usually very little waiting

Dr. Nihad is a good doctor and her assistants are also very good. However her receptionist is not good. I had an urgent matter and needed to see Dr. Nihad as soon as possible but the receptionist refused to give me an appointment that is quick. Even though I was in a lot of pain she gave me an appointment a week later. I asked her if she can switch someone's appointment or put me in between other appointments, she refused to even try to get me an earlier appointment and I was in major pain for a whole week. I then decided to just go to the walk in clinic because I couldn't wait a whole week. I hope that this behaviour will change in the future because it is not appropriate to let patients with urgent needs wait a whole week.

My whole family been with dr. Nihad for the past 10 years so is my baby now! She is excellent very friendly and knowledgeable! She takes all the necessary tests even without you asking for future preventions ! Thanks doctor

THE BEST DOCTOR but the worst worst worst staff unprofessional rude and not helpful at all the reception is completely zero skills I feel bad for such good doctor to have this kind of staff when I'm looking over the reviews I wasn't wrong to give zero stars for the arabic speaking lady I wouldn't west my time for no reason to write this review this is the 2nd time same attitude I face . AND IF IM WRONGE THEN OTHER PEOPLE HAVING SAME COMPLAINT IN REGARDS THE SAME PROBLEM

Very bad experience - Guys, if you want to see a specialist Orthopedic Surgeon, do not go to this place. Their specialist comes ONCE a month only. I was seen by the Specialist who prescribed a custom Knee brace. Upon request of my insurance company, I went to this clinic the following day to get insurance claim form completed and signed. The owner, Mr. Hamed Abu Sitta and the receptionist told me told me that I have to wait one month to see him again. When asked, who will fill this form, he told me that I have to pay again. Not only that, he told me that he did a huge favor for me by letting me see the specialist on a short notice. Definitely, not recommended - major attitude issue!

Horrible service. The staff is rude and arrogant. They have no professionalism while speaking with patients and clients. The service is extremely slow. I personally had to wait weeks for an appointment. At the appointment I was told I would receive a call regarding a referral. After waiting 2 months I never received a call and still to this day have no idea what happened to the referral. They are extremely unorganized, I requested my medical records and was told there was no records in my file, indicating lack of documentation. I needed paper work filled out for work and was told to pick up a completed copy in 3-5 business days. I called to see if it was ready after 5 days and it was not. I called back 3 days later it was still was not ready. I waited 4 weeks for paper work that was filled out at another clinical in 15 minutes in-front of me. I had an appointment booked which I had to wait 2 hours for the doctor to see me. I was told to go home and come back when I received a call notifying me that the doctor was available. Upon arriving to the clinic a second time I was told the doctor actually was not ready and had to wait additional 30 minutes. Overall, the quality of service is very poor, I have had numerous bad experiences at this clinical and would not recommend this facility to anyone else.
