You can choose him hands down. Wont be disappointed. He himself showed up (not sure of there is a team) and we are so relieved to have noted the house issues and its always nice to learn new things. Last but not the least, we were given advices on what to watchout for on the roof in case of storms, inside house incase of moisture damages etc !! PS : No nonsense talk, no asking personal questions, house pricing, passing judgements etc. Nice. Very Pro !
