★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my wife to this clinic with a severe ear pain as it was the closest place to home that had an available doctor. Dr. Farhan Khan showed empathy and displayed excellent bedside manners. He took the time to understand the problem and in my opinion asked all the right questions. I'm most likely going to switch from my existing family doctor to this one...that's how good I thought he was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to a lot of walk-in clinics and this is by far the best one I have ever been to in my life.
Dr. Farhan is the best and most helpful doctor I’ve met so far, as he is kind and takes his time explaining things to you. He genuinely seems to care about figuring out what’s going on with his patients instead of rushing them out of the office or brushing off their symptoms.
The clinic is also not busy at all if you go on weekday mornings, and all the staff members are great. I’ll never go anywhere else as long as I’m in the GTA.

BUT, HORRIBLE staff. The staff likes to belittle people and make them feel like animals instead of humans. Try to get the doctor’s attention without interacting with the support staff - else the support staff will turn you away. The staff likes to yell at people and not listen to them. The staff also take particular sadistic pleasure in trying to listen to you and then not listen to you at all. I wish such an amazing doctor hired better support staff to make already sick people feel better not worse about themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctors, no doubt about it. However, availability is always an issue. Also, on most occasion no body picks the phone. At least have an online appointment system in place that shows doctors availabiliy.
