★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife loved it, but I can't stand waiting for her, i'm usually waiting around an hour, so I'd suggest having a beer around the corner .
Pros: Handy service, friendly staff.
Cons: More staff, a bit cleaner in the rooms.

When I started my massage a lady said “you need to pay me $20 tips”’I mean WTH ! Also massage was so bad & the lady was using her phone during massage which is so much unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the massage it felt a bit okay and I allowed the masseuse to put hard pressure as I am a strong, curvy girl... throughout, sometimes it hurt a lot and burn too. I woke up with visual bruises near my shoulder (the soft tissue) on both sides and I can feel several bruises on my back and neck, to the point where it is painful to lay down and even turn in bed :( I wish I could attach pictures of the bruise
The masseuse asked for a tip a bit before the session ended, which I found unprofessional because we were going to tip her anyways.
I would suggest going to a RMT. I am not sure what kind of massage I received, as I wasn’t given a choice. I simply told her where it hurt and she attempted to take knots out but instead I’m in severe pain at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the therapists Helen massages well at the beginning but after 30 minutes passes by, she starts asking for tips. If you dont tell her how much you will give her then she wont massage properly for the next minutes till your time is done. Customers should be the ones who make the decisions whether to give tips not the worker.
