However never had this been more important than during this time . As an only child having my mom taken care of by this facility has been a God send . They have always been available to answer all our questions, and concerns promptly with care, love and patience . It is so clear how much everyone cares for the residents and how much of a “ family “ they all consider themselves to be . They have maintained the utmost care in establishing clear and concise protocols and have remained free of any outbreak - a true blessing in this scary time . Evergreen we thank you from the bottom of our hearts

It took me months to research for a suitable location for my family member. Once I entered Evergreen I new it was the most suitable location. I can rest easier knowing my family member is safe. Thank you to all the Evergreen Frontline and essential staff...your service is greatly appreciated.
K	Kim Harkins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sale process was remarkably easy and the team did a great job in preparing my Mom’s unit for her arrival. There were a nice variety of designs to choose from. When she first moved in, my mother raved about the meals and all the activities. Unfortunately Covid hit two months later and based on provincial guidelines the many fun things had to be curtailed. Throughout this trying ordeal, the staff have been wonderful. They seem to really care. Email inquiries are answered promptly by management and we hope that things can soon get back to normal with lots of social activities for the residents.

My father, sister and I were walking by when an old women came to us. She was walking ALONE in the street asking for help. WE all went inside with her my dad went to where she was living while we stayed in the front. NOBODY stopped us and just let us be there. The lady apparently just needed help with the tv and we left. I don't know what happened but I don't think this place really helps a lot and need to improve a lot

We live in Western Canada and my sister in law lives in northern Ontario so the logistics of making evrything go well were challenging! My wife found Evergreen and we were able so set up a tour via email and they made it so easy! Prit was amazing and even went so far as to go to my dads former residence in Brampton to go over everything with him. They also sent a ride to pick him up to come to Evergreen to tour. We were all sold after he had the first tour. The building is in amazing shape. The staff goes by far above and beyond what we expected. I was able to go visit right after the initial move to help him set his place up. Everyone made me feel so welcome. They handled his medical and prescription needs, his meals were all top notch. They check on him when he does not make a meal apperance or they havent seen him. I felt very secure having him there. Shout out to Prit, Sarah, Danielle, Jessica, Jennifer, Bridgette, Sharlotte, Rose, and Beverly for making me feel so welcome and helping my dad with everything. Top marks for Evergreen!

I was impressed during my visit with the facility and the services. Prit introduced me to the staff and they were wonderful. Evergreen would have been my first choice - unfortunately circumstances have changed and we are now looking at LTC options.
