Our relative is always clean and dressed in clean clothes, the common areas and her room are tidy, the meals look good and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The medical reports are thorough; communication is always clear. It's a relief to know that our relative is in such a good place.

Deborah in cottage house is a terrible manager and does absolutely nothing to help change the situation. Please do not agree to do palliative care at this home. They are not equipped or have the ability to manage this.
T	Tanya Endert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly pleased with this Care home. The building which looks like a villa is situated in a nice green space. All the rooms have lovely views with mature trees all around. The place is immaculately clean and the staff is professional, caring and accommodating. I have dealt with everyone from Administration, front desk personnel, RN's, POW's and maintenance and everyone has bent over backwards to help and has made my Step Mother feel cared for. We have had nothing but a positive experience and would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones.
