Never ever ever do they actually answer their phones. I get hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME! TRYING TO GET PRESCRIPTIONS REFILLED. NOW 4 DAYS LATE AND THE DR OFFICE DOESNT ANSWER PHONES OR RESPOND TO MY PHARMACIST! This is not a one off, this happens ALL the time. Worst clinic around, probably why they're the only ones around accepting new patients.

Incompetent staff creating a huge communication gap between patients and doctors.. Hiring a cheap quality call center doesnt help though. I wish i could've had the chance to call my doctor directly and avoid this mess

I was referred to Dr Naqvi (2690 Erin Center Boulevard) by my family doctor and had an appointment with Dr Naqvi on 15th October 2021. I found the Doctor and his immediate colleagues to be thorough and professional. I was asked to wear a heart test Holter monitor for 72 hours, 15th to 18th October 2021, and gave it back to the clinic on 18th October 2021. After 2 months of waiting during which the results of the Holter tests have not been communicated to me or my family doctor I rang up the clinic, managed to speak to their office/accounts staff who promised me that the results of the Holter test would be E mailed to me on Monday (that day being Friday). I have not received any results (nor has my family doctor). Two subsequent telephone messages (their voice mail promises a 24-hour response) and a personal visit later I still have no communication from them. To add insult to injury on Friday I was contacted (nearly three months after my appointment with Dr Naqvi) to be informed I have been referred for further tests without any communication about the results of my first test. I am writing this review out of sheer frustration. I am now going to lodge a formal complaint with the Ontario medical association.

Since COVID 19 started and after 2 years of dealing with the Pandemic, this clinic turned to one of the worst clinics and their system unacceptable, patients looking to see or at least talk to their doctor in the same day as they need consultation and prescription not after few days and sometimes a week. Suppose they have multiple doctors to see patients, don’t know what’s wrong with them. No more recommendations to go there and agree with all looking to move to other clinics. And currently using calls center no nothing, if the Managment care should take quick correction action

Wait times are long I had a phone call appointment, ( which I had switched from in-person to a call) but ultimately what matters is the doctor who helps you understand your condition and helps you cope a little bit better with your anxiety. I really appreciate the amount of time Dr. Eldagni took to listen to me patiently and reassured me the steps I am taking to manage my condition are appropriate. Also he reassured me to trust in the hospital system here, because once I am admitted I am the responsibility of the hospital and once I inform them of my medical needs they will accommodate those needs related to my condition.

This is by far the most ridiculous Clinic I have visited. I walked in with my ailing toddler, with just 1 patient sitting in the clinic. I requested the front office staff for a one-to-one. She kept insisting on a virtual appointment while I am standing with the child in the clinic. She took the OHIP card, and sat with it for 5 minutes and then came in to say that the doctor is very busy to see the child. Can doctors refuse to see patients while they are already in the clinic? She could have asked me to wait or worked around the situation, but a clear no to see patients when you are a doctor us frankly against the very grain of 'being a doctor'. I am disappointed qith this level of service.

I read so many reviews about the receptionist and I ignored them but really wish I didn't because they're all true. I've talked to her about 5 times in the last 3 weeks and it's been a negative experience every time. She always seems confused and doesn't seem like she's listening because she keeps saying "yeah" "uh-huh" WHILE I'm talking. She also told me I don't need to call to ask if they received my lab results because she'll call me. A week went by so I called and asked about my lab results and she said they were here. I asked when they got them and she said 4 days ago and I was so upset because this was time sensitive. Sensing I was upset she asked "you didn't get our voicemail?" there 100% was NO voicemail from the clinic. To top it off, in that same call she finally managed to book an appointment for me AND DIDNT TELL ME SHE WAS BOOKING IT AT ANOTHER LOCATION. I showed up for my appointment at this location only for them to tell me my appointment was at another Mi Clinic location - are you kidding me?? The receptionist is the only reason I will not be coming back to this clinic. Too much of a headache, not worth it.

I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic, its doctors and staff. Dr. Ali is the most caring attentive doctor and goes above and beyond for his patients! The nurses and staff are always trying their best to assist! Especially Nisreen who demonstrates such kindness and patience when trying her best to assist patients!
