I orderd specail promtion deal, buy one and get one free.
I received my order with one sandwich only.
I called back and they mentioned theyare running out of meet and no more promtion, eve nthough the offer still exciting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The initial order was for a 6 oz burger combo and plant based chicken burger sandwich only. When the order was opened both sandwiches were beef. I called the store and spoke with Wasa/Wafa and said that I received the wrong item. It was not a plant based burger nor was it the originally ordered plant based chicken sandwich. She immediately said it was a veggie burger and claiming the order was right. On the contrary, it was completely wrong. She kept saying it was correct. She was very argumentative and uncooperative. I asked if i could bring the burger back to the store for a replacement of the initial order she said no with no hesitation. With no urgency to remedy the disatisfaction or any apology. It was extremely distasteful and I find it clearly exhibits deplorable customer service. Literally binding a person who does not eat meat to be left out of pocket and with no product. The lack in judgement to remedy the complaint fell through the cracks at this location.

I got a 6oz Hero Burger on a Sesame Poppy Seed bun topped with Smoked Cheddar, Crispy Onions, Fire Roasted Peppers, Sautéed Onions, Strip Bacon and Portobello Mushrooms.
My condiments included Mustard, Sliced Pickle, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion and Hero Hot Sauce.
I chose not to make it a combo which would then come with Ultimate Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Crunchy Chicken Strips, Onion Rings, Tempura Zucchini, Poutine or Mushroom Poutine, and a Drink; these are great choices.
Good service and a great burger!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the Spicy Jalapeno Chick Burger. Food was alright but nothing special. Hero's is a little bit more expensive than your regular fast food burger joint but pretty much on par in terms of food quality. Interior was clean and the store had all the covid safety precautions. tables were socially distanced and staff had asked for our name to keep track if anyone has covid. Not the best burger joint but you could do a lot worse than Hero's certified burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the food here. Never disappoints. Great customer service. The food always takes great, the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the burgers I order always taste great with the quality never dropping. I definitely recommend going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relish the the taste of Angus meat here! Amazing taste, first attempt on hero burger! Deeply satisfied. The owner was very kind generous and warm. Amazing staff, friendly and patient.
Place was neat and clean, followed covid protocols.
Kitchen was viewable and it seemed quite hygienic.
Comfortable dine in arrangement.
