★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herman was extremely helpful in explaining their whole menu. I ended up ordering their chori pan and beef and peameal bacon papito. Arapa and Yuka fries for our apps . Coming back for sure to try out the rest of their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love KFC chicken. It's one of my favorite guilty pleasures on a dirty keto diet. That said I was deeply sadden by the one in my area when I got home to see the chicken that was provided. While most pieces were the typical size and color, four of those pieces were that were strategically placed at the bottom, over cooked, very dark brown, super oily and small (see pic). I realize everyone is trying to save money but seriously, when it come to this, that's going too far. I've been here many times but coming home to this....like when a guy is hungry, a guy is hungry. This is the last thing I want to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Cashier stated that their chicken would take 20 minutes to cook but made us wait 45 minutes. When we said we’ve been waiting long they kept saying “2 minutes, 2 minutes”. They don’t know what they’re doing here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One thing is to commit an error - we all do that! However, It takes leadership, customer experience to be able to rectify or even let alone admit it!
Today Omar was stellar, he did exactly that! when the order came out smaller than usual and a little over cooked he went above and beyond by providing a whole new box - freshly made too/unheard of!
Moreover, to deliver a stellar service even though it was not required off of him, he gave an extra box of popcorn chicken and fries ?
Hats off to a great customer service experience
This made my friend and brother happy ? a recognition well worth mentioning for Omar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this place after a long time and today was seriously dissapointed. Ordered the 14 piece meal. The chicken only took up half the bucket. The pieces were so small, almost bite sized. On top of that the chicken was overcooked, dry and had no flavour. The coleslaw was mushy tasted like sugar and vinegar. Gravy was also under seasoned. The fries were dry and again lacking in salt. Overall not happy with my order and if it was worth telling them I would, but I am sure my words will be in one ear and out the other. I definitely will not be going back to this place again. Mary browns chicken on the other hand is a million times better, priced fairly and will leave you feeling satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying KFC popcorn chicken for years. Today I lost it. I bought 2 large popcorn chickens (total cost $27). When I got home I opened the box to find something else. Two boxes of popcorn chicken. For comparison I had a Large popcorn chicken box from another franchise for reference. I fit the two boxes in one large Popcorn chicken bucket. This company literally shorted me a $13 large chicken (if this was the first time I could excuse them, but they have been doing this for three years!)
THEFT!!!
