★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time yesterday and we loved it! He had the steak box and I had the teriyaki box. The staff were wonderful and made any customizations I had requested. We will be back again! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience here yesterday if I could give 0 stars I would! Will never be going back EVER! I have never written any reviews before, but here I go and I think it is only fair. I ordered the Shawarma Bowl and I got my food and as I sat to eat, a hair was hidden in the salad and I WAS DISGUSTED!!!! I went back to ask for my money back and the hijabi server went to get an older lady from the back and she said it could have been hair from the counter from anyone standing around and maybe it flew into the food from fans. I didn't have time to argue as I was on a lunch break, she said she can give me another bowl ( and was mumbling something to the server) and I took it without salad, but HONESTLY I had lost my appetite and did not want to eat it. The hijabi server kept apologizing, she was nice but I WANT MY MONEY. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Like I am paying money from my pocket to get disgusted and lose my appetite and not able to get my money back when I ask for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good but one of the servers was really rude and impatient. My reference recepit is number 8 and bought chicken shawarma at 1:03 pm today. This is my first time encountering her at the store but I am very disappointed. Since I started ordering, her face was very stern and talked in a very rude tone. When I forgot the name of a food item and was looking for clarification, she got impatient and started raising her voice. I haven’t even finished ordering and she took my food to the checkout counter and asked the other cashier to checkout. The other cashier (the one who checked my food out) with the hijab was very nice and respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed opinions about this restaurant. I love their zesty chicken burrito. The problem isn't so much with how tasty the food is though, it's with the owners. Typically there's an older Arab man and woman that run the restaurant. On occasion when ordering, I've seen the man forget what he was doing, forget what I ordered, or just look lost and confused. I've also seen poor hygiene practices at times. I've also seen old mushrooms that had obviously gone bad still sitting in the veg bin. The lady tends to be a bit better but I've had issues with her too. I asked for a combo that they had on the board above once, and she refused to give it to me at that price saying she didn't believe it. She said it was probably a pricing error when it obviously wasn't, so she wanted to charge me a dollar extra for the items separately. I declined the combo and said just give me the burrito then, and she apologized when I was paying. She gave me a 10% off discount card for next time to try and make it up to me (it expired like in a week though and I never used it). I don't get why she didn't want to give me the food at the price they listed though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 different items from here: burrito, wrap, panini and shawarma. All four were delicious! The servers were very kind and were generous with the toppings. The garlic sauce is awesome! They had free toys for kids too. Will definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So good!! Shawarma is amazing. I didn't know if I wanted to eat there, the worker gave me a mini bowl of shawarma to get a good taste of it. Everything is made fresh and by hand. Even the garlic sauce is hand made.
Will be going back there for lunch or dinner next time we visit Erin Mills.
Very convenient. And noticed they were doing online orders as well. Perhaps a skip the dishes kind of thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really good, love the veggie burrito and tabouli. The hummus is also amazing, me and my family are long time loyal customers. I definitely recommend trying it out. The food is healthy and fresh and made very well.

The staff remember me every time I come by. If you are at the Erin Mills shopping center and stumble upon the Fit For Life... try it!
