Fries taste like they were fried 10 hrs & now heated and served to us.
The girl taking order had attitude and no knowledge in serving customers.
Burgers were not wrapped properly.
I wouldn’t even serve an animal this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was very good. Service was not. Took around 40 minutes to get our order of three burgers and a funnel cake. Cashier did not let us know what was going on, it would have been nice to get an explanation for the delay, whether the food was being made fresh or if they had a lot of orders. The restaurant wasn't that busy either. We understand service workers have had to do a lot of work lately and sometimes it gets very busy, but it just was not the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to give it a try after seeing the high ratings on Google when I was craving for a good chicken sandwich.
We ordered a crispy chicken burger with onion rings and a Juicy Lucy with fries (as recommended by the staff).
My partner absolutely loves his burger and everything. I thought my crispy chicken burger was just okay, I chose the spicy sauce but it wasn’t spicy at all which was quite disappointing. But the fries and onion rings are amazing! That’s probably something that will get me back.
Wasn’t really in a mood to try the funnel cake or the smoothie but probably will go again next time to try since I think it’s quite popular.
You order at a kiosk at the restaurant, quite user friendly. Luckily we went a little earlier than the usual dinner time. By the time we got our food, there were a lot more people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I loved our experience! They have this really handy self-order system which made it really quick to order. I ordered a crispy chicken burger and my husband ordered the machine with a few extra toppings and we loved our burgers! Would highly recommend ordering Mac & Cheese bites on the side. Their fries are sooooo crispy and good! We ordered a funnel cake for dessert with strawberry sauce and ice cream and it was all so good! Last but not least, service was impeccable! The owner is so sweet ? Go support your local Burger Factory! You won’t regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was our first time visiting this restaurant and experiencing the franchise. Being from up north, we had never heard about this franchise before. We were quickly greeted by Aditya. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his work place aswell as the history of the franchise. He recommended great choice for food, even going above and beyond to bring us our food and waited to cook our funnel cake. He definitely made our experience amazing. The food was great the burger was homemade with ground beef. Would recommend this location for amazing service and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a snowy day and the restaurant is quiet. I asked for a hot coffee to keep me warm. The lady was so nice to change it to a hot beverage instead of giving me a soft drink. The service is great! ?????? I ordered a Juicy Lucy on Fire and I got to choose my own toppings and a side. There are many different options for your toppings...that's so nice! The burgers were delicious and the tornado fries were very crispy and yummy. I recommend this restaurant to those who love burgers. ??
