★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been to Upper Hand but I did buy from Christian who is the store owner. He's asked me to come to the shop and see it, unfortunately it's just too far. This man is what the hobby needs. He is filled with an unlimited amount of charisma and a positive attitude like no other. He stands by what he sells and he treats his customers like friends. I follow the store instagram and I see them surprising customers with freebies. What other store does that? NONE. Keep it up and don't ever change.
Hopefully one day when I'm in the area I can visit the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect find, awesome prices and amazing staff and customers. Christian not only knows his stuff but you can tell really loves what he does. I have been going in a few times to help build my sons pokemon collection and my d&d stuff. Today I brought my son in for his first time buying his own cards and a look into my world. Christian made him feel welcome and had him talking within minutes. He loved the experience and can't wait to go again and play some games. Thank you for giving the perfect first experience and to you and your staff we look forward to seeing you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! I met the owner today, an absolute gentleman with a passion for the hobby. He shared some excellent tips for how to take care of my jersey patch cards. Great customer service, great products, great prices, great people. I couldn’t ask for a better card store in my neighbourhood. 5 stars to the entire team working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hobby shop in west gta. Christian is always taking care of and fostering the kids love for the game. Super approachable and generous. Great shop with a great team. If they don’t have what you are looking for, they will find it for you.
Also runs weekly drop in tournaments for all ages and quite a few different games. They are really happy to get anyone up and running and introduce a new player. Perfect environment for bringing your kids and playing along with the group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. I was looking for multiple different cards for my MTG collection, and the staff were patient enough to look through 15+ binders just to get the cards I wanted.
They might not have had all the cards I was looking for, but they had 90-95% of what I wanted, so I'm not complaining too much.
Owner even threw in a couple of extra cards for free and presented a die-roll opportunity to win a free booster. Would come back again for my card-collecting needs.

The owner, Christian, and manager Carl are very welcoming, supportive with any questions and provide top level customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody!! If you're coming from out of town, it's worth the drive!! Looking to get your cards graded? They'll help with that too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just received my Brilliant Stars package from Upper Hand and was absolutely thrilled. Packed perfectly, no damages whatsoever, and all products were sealed tight and properly with no signs of tampering whatsoever! I have to mention that due to a few post I've seen accusing Upper Hand of Tampering with packages. Also God Bless Upper Hand for adding a free bonus card with my package which is really generous of them. This is my 7th purchase over the last 2 years from Upper Hand and I have never had a problem at all, also whomever I get on the phone is always beyond helpful and considerate.
