When we called head office they said theres nothing they can do. I was out $1000 and had no bed for weeks! Buyers beware. Poor customer service. 0 stars wasnt an option!

Both Sandra and Jim are very helpfull. They deliverd in 1 week instead of 2 weeks . I put 3 matress from there with amazing prices and quality .

We wanted a mattress that is firm but not too firm, provides coolness, durable (without sagging) and good quality. There are so many to choose from online and I was hesitant to make a purchase. I wanted to try it out but due to COVID-19 lockdown we were not able too go in store. I didn't know which one would suit our needs so I used the online chat. I spoke to John. He was very friendly and informative and provided a few recommendations. The Sleep Guarantee put our mind to ease. After reviewing the best fit for us I chose one that he recommended. We couldn't be happier! Amazing quality and we are having restful sleeps without waking up sore. Customer service is excellent! We received our mattress earlier than expected.
