★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our whole experience with Sleep Country was excellent. Our sales rep Claire Serianni was especially attentive and very helpful. We are extremely happy with our Tempur -Pedic mattress and our adjustable base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered this tempur-pedic prima hopping we could have a good sleep. It was horrible. We had another Sealy product called maximum chill before which was good for 3-4 years then it was sinking in the middle so we went for Prima Orange. It is much softer than what we tried in store. The vendor says they might made a mistake in the company and put orange cover on a blue one! Long story short we are using our old mattress again and waiting for this few weeks pass to have this mattress changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery of my mattress was unprofessional and anything but smooth. Sleep Country refused to take away my old mattress and still charged my credit card for mattress removal. When I called the sales representative at Sleep Country he was rude and wouldn’t help me reverse the removal charge or offer solutions. I have 3 more mattresses to buy for my home and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Worst delivery and after sales experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a king size mattress and happy with it. Ahmad and Messi were the two sales guys that were very helpful. There were issues with delivery afterwards which eventually got resolved, but that is a separate issue from the good experience we had at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two twin mattresses from Sleep Country and the mattresses we received were much harder than the mattresses we selected from the showroom. The mattresses are so hard we are unable to sleep on them. Nobody at sleep country shows any interest in helping us. So far we have approached the original sales person twice (were told that we had to wait a couple of weeks for the mattresses to warm-up and soften, and then we were told we had to wait a couple of years for the mattresses to break-in to the same firmness as the showroom model). We also tried to contact Sleep Country's customer support line which refused to help us, and we contacted management by email twice and phoned management twice and have yet to receive any response. Do not deal with Sleep Country, they are obstinate and do not stand behind their product.

Purchase and delivery was seamless. Both gentlemen who delivered the mattress were kind and quick. Overall, a great experience.
