After visiting several chain stores, we ended up buying three mattresses at Queensway Mattress, thanks to the knowledegeable and very helpful owner that made the selection process painless. The prices were really good too. Delivery was expected in ten days, but we received an early call and got them delivered in just one week. The driver gave us a 30 minute window and showed up right on time. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a mattress save yourself the time and go to Queensway Mattress. They are friendly, prices are competitive, and they really do go above and beyond to make the entire experience an easy one. I have to mention Boris' name because he really is a great guy, so helpful, and calls you back when he says he's going to call you back. I have not received this level of service in a long time and it's service like this that keeps you coming back. Thanks to all of you for your patience when selecting the proper mattresses, your honesty and willingness to do your best to leave your customers walking out of your store with a smile. Keep up the great work. And trust me, you will be better served here than at the big box mattress stores so save yourself the hassle and check out Queensway Mattress.

Pricing is very good and the worker was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend checking out the place for good quality mattresses.

Purchased a mattress in-store and everything from the initial shopping experience to purchase to delivery was seemless and hassle-free. And love our new King mattress (incredible sleep for both of us ever since!). Appreciated the experience and overall product so much that I called to order a second mattress for our guess room as I had family coming to stay with us over the holidays and asked if it could be shipped within the week. Fred helped me pick something over the phone and then Boris came and delivered it the very next day. What service! And our guests loved the mattress too. In terms of acknowledging request (whether it’s delivery or returns and exchange) and also their product is awesomely great with a great amount as well. I originally ordered a double size deluxe orthopedic mattress with the metal frame on it. Unfortunately, the frame doesn’t fit so I don’t have choice but to return it and change it with the box only. The return and exchange of item was done smoothly they’re very flexible and accommodating as well. Plus pick up and delivery was a smooth process too. Thanks so much! All in all this store is highly recommended!
