★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff ! Items bought in ten minutes ago will not accept returned! They even not told me at check out it is unreasonable! Toys also with poor quality .I took the R/C toys(cost $49.99) to home just broken at the first time play!Really bad experience! Not recommended and not come again any more!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So helpful. I bought catan, glass chess set and CAH. I was really excited but when I got home, the chess set was chipped though there's no visible damage on the box. And the CAH box was damaged. They were able to sympathize w my situation and I was able to get store credit. Props to your staff and the manager today. Service on Sunday and today was on point. Left happy through and through

Staff were friendly, in particular Harun helped me find some Funko Pops and was incredibly friendly. While yes the Funkos were a tad above retail It makes sense because they are rarer pop figures, just saying! Thanks for the great experience Harun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start, this store is very welcoming, and majority of that is due to their friendly staff. It also helps that the store is organized well.
I came into the store looking for a specific Funko Pop in mind. The reason I came to Mind Games is because I was being overcharged for the same item at a shop called ‘Conspiracy’ located in Square One as well. I walked into the Funko Pop aisle and was greeted by an employee right away. They helped me find the exact product that I wanted and for a reasonable price. I’m pretty new to collecting these items, so when I asked them about collecting, they were very inviting and went over which products to buy and which are in demand. I really appreciated their time and effort.
It was a great experience and I suggest anyone looking for pop-culture merchandise to hit up this store first if they are in Square One. Best deals and super-friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is extremely knowledgeable about the games and I have so many games that I would like to try out with friends and family. Strict return policy, which I understand, I haven't needed to do that. Lots of variety of items and fun things to check out, something for everyone here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i purchased a basket ball set today. on the pack it is written 6+ age, while come to ball; it's size is just suitable for 2 or 3 years age kids. we thought it was 5" size ball as per the hoop rim displayed in shop, really they are cheating the public without mention the ball size on the box, no size chart on the box and not displaying any sample ball in store. shoppers pls be aware before buy this product.

I'd like to update my star rating from 1 previously as I was immediately contacted by the customer service team and they offered a return and replacemnet or refund option which I took. I guess with this level of service even though there was a clear mistake on the shipping side but they went the extra mile to keep a customer happy.
I would never buy again funko pops from mind games to be shipped. the packaging was ridiculous and a couple of pops got damaged. Box smaller than height of pops and no buble wrap or sorter boxes for protection. just cheap brown paper that doesnt provide protection so the box caused alot of pressure on the pops during transport. Extremely disappointed and I'm not sure what they will do to fix that. I will revise this review once I get response from mind games on my complaint. I've had much better experiences with other online stores and sellers.
