★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Was disappointed when I got to the check out, that the game I was planning on purchasing didn't match the tag/listed price. When I asked the staff member why I was being charged nearly $20.00 over the tagged price. She stated that the tag should've been removed, and that other places would honor it but not there.
Otherwise great place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst record store in the GTA do not waste your time going here the organization is terrible everything is mixed. For example if you want to find Bob Marley no problem you will find it in section B also in section M also in the reggae section this is so confusing and unnecessary. Also I've now waited 3 months to get a record in I ordered. I was told it will be in 2 to 3 weeks this was a lie every time I call I get told it'll be in 2 to 3 weeks thanks to Amazon I was able to get this record. And the worst part about it is they sell damage records and they do not put any effort into replacing them I now have 3 records I bought took out of the package and they were seriously damaged either warped or one looks like a concave mirror it is ridiculous every time I call to get a replacement I get the same story as if I were ordering another record, 2 to 3 weeks and I've still not gotten my money back or a new record. Avoid this store at any cost there are so many other record stores and record sellers online. Truly the worst customer service I've ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this sunrise records location was super good overall! i came in with my friend to browse through some records and they had a large good selection of them :) this was my first time going into this store so i didn’t know they also sold kpop items so i was pleasantly surprised. they had a good selection too. the staff there was very kind and made good small talk which is always nice. would 100% go again :D

They already have themed board games which are really cool. Overall a really fun store. I love going there everytime I'm at the mall
