They have great patience in explaining the technical part even if you are new to this field. I had interacted with Chester and Lennox, both are amazing human being and provide a great service. He absolutely loves them and uses them every time he pulls out his mixer. We got him the Denon HP1100, if anyone is wondering. I want give my extreme thanks to Lennox Bryan for being extremely helpful in helping me pick out which headphones to get my dad, and great customer service overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing products from DJ DEPOT since 1999. The customer service is second to none. These folks genuinely care about their customers. I refuse to shop anywhere else for my DJ gear. Larger enterprise organizations should learn from these people. They are professional, friendly, extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Recently I purchased a Pioneer XDJ XZ controller and was impressed with the interaction; they called to advised me that the product was shipped, gave me the tracking information, but what blew my mind was the fact that they took the time to send me training videos on how to use the product.

Lennox was very knowledgeable about the products in store and helped me choose a mixer thats suits my needs. Would definitely recommend to check out DJ Depot for your DJ needs!
