I had thrown the tag and the receipt because I didnt need to keep them. I noticed the hole after i wore the top. I only needed to exchange the product as it was defective but Dalia denied to and behaved unprofessional. I wish I speak to the owner of this location. Thank you very much.
D	Dulce Villanueva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @Shukria Atta I understand why the manager did not gave you a chance to exchange the item with a hole, obviously, in most of the store if you don't show the receipts to them its 100% you can't get the privilege for exchange, refund or store credit. And also, Dalia is one of the owner so I guess you did spoke to the person that you wanted to unless you're looking for her business partner. Top10 is one of the best customer service amongst BCC shops. They are helpful and kind enough to provide your clothing fashion needs.
