★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very clean and well organized store. I always feel so peaceful when shopping here and come away with great purchases! Also, the temperature in the store is very comfortable and not freezing like some other H&Ms. The staff are also very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for online shopping at h&m not for this store. I ordered blazer for my son's birthday day wear but instead of blazer they have send me these girls clothing. How come they can make a mistake in boy and girl clothing. Terrible experience with customer service person . I don't wanna shop from H&M. They don't understand how it's affected my plan for my son's birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went shopping earlier during the day the store was not crowded at all. Managed to shop in peace. Cashier was awesome. Very polite and allowed me to login to my hm points site without rushing me. Had a great experience today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like HandM for my kids. They always have decent stuff. The quality is hit and miss. The kids shoes are pricey and garbage same for some of the sweaters but other items are really great so overall experience will tell you what items to stay clear of and what to buy. The employees are very friendly and helpful at all H and M locations not just this one. Now that I know what products are the good ones, I'm a fan. We have been shopping here for 5 years now and will continue for many years to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M is one of my go to place for clothes, good fit reasonable price. Good thing there are other H&M stores within Peel, so I will just bring my business somewhere else due to staff’s attitude and lack of customer service (may be just the staff that I encountered). The lady in the fitting room is nice (hence for the 2 stars)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty big H&M with large selection. But doesn’t seem like it’s managed well. Over 30 people standing on the line and only 2 cashiers in the whole store trying to cash out. All the other registers were closed.
