★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalled to have witnessed the manager with short hair forcing an employee to purchase something from the store. She was being extremely disrespectful even though the employee said she could not afford it. Disrespectful management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went looking for an outfit. Hit a few stores in bramalea. This was absolutely the worst. Nobody said Hi. Nobody was available to help. One associate stayed beind the register the whole time angrily. Myself a a few other customers left without her acknowledgement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been a loyal Ricki's customer but after my experience at this location I have never been back to a Ricki's. This location has the WORST consumer service I have ever experienced in my life in any establishment. I really hope some upper management look into this because the sales associate and Manager at this location are clearly missing customer service relations. I bought almost $300 worth of items. Was dismissed when I needed help with seizing. To top it all of I was told to fold and bag all $300 worth of my clothing I purchased! Im so disappointed in Ricki's!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clothing. Customer service is poor. Make sure you read all displays very carefully and check to see that you are getting the right offers. Had a few bad experiences. Not sure I would return to this location at this point.

The flexibility to shop the store on your own while knowing if you need help or advice it's not too far away. Prices are comparable to similar stores but affordable when they have a sale. Good quality clothing.
