Worst costumer service i ever had! i bought some shoes and after a week or so i tried to return them because they sold me a damaged product and after paying $80 for a pair of Vans i expect these shoes to last me a while and these ones are damaged that i end up having my foot CUT and the staff there said to me after i told him this "Fashion hurts" and the MANAGER was right there and also refused to give me my money back even though the shoes cut my foot and they sold it to me damaged. this store needs better employees and should probably check there products so that there customers can actually WALK back to buy more. Also having a staff tell you "Fashion hurts" that is one of the worst ways to treat a costumer what he could have said is "we're sorry we can exchange that for you right away or return it". Now I just wasted $80 on shoes i can no longer wear unless i want to limp everywhere.

The only reason I come to this store is due to the fact of their location. The girl cashing us at the front end is very rude and has zero customer service skills. She does not know how to talk to people. We found out her name is Kayla. Stay AWAY from this location. I do not recommend this store at all. If there was a zero star rating I would give this store that rating.

I had to exchange my longboard with the one I had bought online. They did it without any problems. Staff were very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They even helped me choose my new board design.

Best customer service! I went in for a skateboard and they allowed me to pick out the parts to make my board and even got a sick deal! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their brands/products. 10/10 would shop here again in a heartbeat!

Byfar the worst shopping experience ever. The girl in the store had a face which said no one is welcome. I asked her the price for a skateboard and she went on to warn us in the rudest tone β€œDO NOT RIDE INSIDE THE STORE”, asked her to be nice atleast as we were there to buy. She changed from rude to screaming and shouting within 5 seconds of conversation and she wanted us out of the store right away. I fail to understand how the brand manages to keep the store running with that kind of frustrated staff. Looking at the other reviews confirms that she must be the same girl who has find honourable mention again and again.

This store must have changed staff and managers. Below reviews could not be farthest from my experience today. Great staff , friendly and helpful. Awesome deals.

Wish I could rate them a zero unfortunately that's not possible on here. The young lady working today could not have been more ignorant or rude if she tried. She only had one other customer in the store when I entered and failed to greet either of us as she was too busy on her phone. I went to purchase a product they clearly had marked for $54. When I got to the register she proceeded to tell me that it was $103 after tax. I indicated to her that she has it marked down at a different price to which she replied " it's 40% off" and attempted to charge me the $103. I advised her that she needs to honor the price that their store has listed on their product and she simply stated "its 40% off". I look forward to filing complaint with the Better Business Bureau to let them know how this company is actually Predator pricing. There are several pictures that will show you the exact same items marked at different prices on the Shelf. I can appreciate you having a bad day but when your incompetence is the reason you're having a bad day, because you and your coworkers have marked product improperly, than that is your fault. Not the customers. I own the store I would probably put this girl in the back of the stock room as she should not be dealing with customers since she clearly does not want to. Found out after that female working at time "Jen" is actually a manager

Absolutely amazed with the guest service I received tonight at the BCC!! Brittany and Sav went above and beyond my expectations. They are both very knowledgeable and also, very kind. Definitely makes me want to come back (:
