★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start off by saying I rated this store 1 star because I had to. The owner of this store, Sandra, deserves 0 stars. I ordered my sons baptism outfit and was promised it would arrive 3 weeks later. Nobody called me, I had to call the store numerous times before finally speaking to Sandra, the owner. She told me that the outfit was not in, even though it was 4 weeks since ordering, and that it would not be in for another 10 days. My sons baptism is in 8 days. After explaning to her that I did not have 10 days and that she should not have promised me it would be in on time, if she was not 100% certain of that. She told me to "F" off and hung up the phone!! I called back and told her I wish i checked the reviews prior to ordering as there is another review with a similar situation to mine, she called that woman a "B", screamed at me without letting me get two words in and hung up again. She was so rude and unprofessional, I honestly don't even know how she is in business. I am the one who should have been screaming at her, why was she getting mad at me? It was very obvious that this has happened numerous times. Please do not spend your money here. This situation was a blessing in disguise, as I found a nicer outfit for half the price!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!! P.S pretty sure the only good review on here is from the owner Sandra herself! Enough said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I ever return. My cousin and I went there to get baptism outfits for our babies. They didn't have the size we needed for the outfits so we ordered them in. The lady assured us that they would be in within a week's time. A week passes and we don't here anything, we left a message for the lady but she never called us back. After repeated calls the following Monday (which is one week away from my child's baptism and 2 weeks from my cousin's child) and she says that there was a delay with shipment and that she would follow up with the place in the States. She calls me back and say my cousin's will be here on the Nov. 10 and that she had the size I needed in store. I go to pick up my son's outfit only to find out that she actually doesn't have the size I need. Thankfully, the size she did have just fit for my son. It's now Wednesday and they don't have his outfit even though my cousin was guaranteed it would be in. So now my cousin has no outfit for her son and the baptism is this coming Sunday! Extremely unprofessional and very unorganized and extreme lack of communication with clients.

Went to this store for my ring boys suit spoke with Sandra and she promised me that I’ll be receiving the suit in a week, week and a half the most. Never received it I got a call 3 days before my wedding. I go into the store to pick it up and she couldn’t find my suit, waiting for an hour watching her look and nothing. I got my money back but was stranded to go find another suit.
Thankfully another store was able to give my size up front. The Sunday after my wedding I recieved a call saying they found me suit.
Very irresponsible and disorganized.
So disappointed..

I just to update my review I visited Waterlily again after a few years last week. I needed a new outfit for my son they just moved to a new spot in the same mall and the service I got was excellent as always. Sandra is really amazing thanks for your help and best of luck with the new place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Owner of Water Lily have a heart of Gold., her clothes is amazing, they last for a very long time, I bought clothes for my two sons, when they were kids, today they are both in there late 20's and I given my nephews the clothes I bought from Sandra, which still looks brand new. Her service, her honesty and her attitude is great, she always makes you feel welcome and is always greets with a smile or "Hi Love" or "Sweet Heart"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this store on the weekend with my daughter and niece. The woman working was so patient and kind in helping us find dresses. However, the little ones were not being cooperative so we had to leave. Since the customer service we received was so great we returned and were able to find dresses with the male employee at the store and purchased two dresses. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for beautiful party wear for their children.
