★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and no regards for customer’s need, and not caring that people come there to buy cloths, costumes, dresses for their children. Therefore, they may take their time and may be a bit picky. The lady kept making up rules and claiming they were government rules, which was not true, and even when we confronted her, she still insisted they were government rules. (No they were not). She claimed her debit was not working, and I saw two customers before us paying by debit, and the types of receipts put out by the cash machine seem fake and irrelevant to the type of business they are running. Absolutely, not recommended to visit this store, and truly this shopping centre should reconsider having this business at their location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff speaking to children with attitude and being rude to them but yet this is a Childers store. Absolutely no help finding items but the people working yell at you for trying to get dresses down on your own once they touch the floor. You must also remove your shoes to enter their dressing rooms but yet the dressing room was dirty and had a chair inside that was absolutely disgustingly dirty I wish I took photos. I’m so happy we ended up leaving without spending money in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a suit for my son tonight. First of all the lady said that the suit was going to be 50% off and I paid $25 even though the suit was originally sold for $39.99. I was expecting the suit to be cheaply made because it was sold for cheap however the suit was in disgusting condition. ? She told me that I would be able to exchange however when I went back she said that I could only exchange it for the same suit which I found ridiculous. I would’ve expected her to be embarrassed at the fact that she even sold me that but no. I use to shop there all the time to buy clothes for my son. However after that visit I will never return this store again. Terrible customer service ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can buy your dress elsewhere, do so. When I initially called to ask about ordering a dress and refund procedures, they told me I can get a refund with no problems. After I ordered 2 dresses but had to return one of them, I was then told that I cannot return it to the store but only get a refund if I returned it back to the warehouse and only if they deem it not to be a prom dress. I emailed them for instructions and got an RMA#. After I shipped it back to them, I have had to keep messaging to get my refund back. 2 weeks later and still no response from anyone regarding how to get my refund or why it's taking so long or why I have to keep following up on my refund. Make sure when you ship it back to the warehouse, get the one with tracking so you know where it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best price ive seen for baptismal suits and accessories. Prettiest dresses at a great cost and the owner really goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy. Will definitely consider buying all other dresses and suits here in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service experience received while phone shopping from all the way in Newfoundland! I called the store and was very lucky to speak with Sarah and get her help on finding the perfect suit for my son’s first communion, Sarah was great in listening to my needs and after sending her my son’s measurements she recommended the prefect suit and matching shoes! I just received the items today and they fit amazing, no need for alterations whatsoever and the quality is amazing! Sarah also sent a little hairpiece as a gift for my daughter! I am beyond happy with the quality of service received and will surely contact Sarah for all my kids clothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday to try and shop for my daughters communion and received absolutely no help! Even though I asked an older lady (of course didnt ask her name) questions about a particular dress up high on the wall she refused to help us and allow her to try on the dress simply because it was clearly too big for my daughter. I explained that we wanted to get a sense of what style she wanted and she said she liked that one and tried asking if she could order a smaller size if she wanted it but she told me to find a dress in her size!! Blown away by that response and out right refusal to allow her to try on the ONE dress she liked in the store she then proceeded to continue helping someone else without any offer of assistance! Horrible service and I wish now I got her name
