★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a retailer by profession. Being in the retail industry for well over 30 years I know one thing for sure that "Service" is beyond well beyond just anyone's comprehension. Such is the case with one lady working in this store. She doesn't even have the clue for the purpose she has been hired for.

7. Lack of communication skills

TO TOP IT ALL SHE CLAIMS HERSELF TO BE THE STORE MANAGER. Actually her presence in the store is probably deflecting the genuine customers thus losing sales.
I really wanna give her 10 stars out of five, for her above mentioned qualities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly they carry it essential oils such as oil of lavender and diffusing necklaces at a good price 30 bucks what's nicer and bigger than some of the other stores like Earth Works and the only place that I've ever seen beard oil for grooming men's beards but there are known for bath bombs diffusers and massagers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the products r awesome specially the body butter and the hair oil, I have been dealing with hair loss for past few years and a friend of mine suggested me the Mega hair growth oil from Natural beauty product tried it and works for me really well. The staff is soo helpful and generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had great customer service . They helped me pick out a great gift for my girl now she's loving me. Plus my joints are singing heavenly. Because APR is a blessing in bottle. Before I couldnt walk to the kitchen without pain.
Now I run up the step with my bride in hand. GOOD TIMES!!!

Room fresheners are great as I have sensitivities to fragrances...these are all natural fragrant oils and doesnt bother my sinuses or make me cough. Mega growth oil works wonders, aromatherapy heated pads are so relaxing! Thanks so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM! I bought the detox tea from this store. I tried it out first few times it worked. Decided to purchase a full size bag. Tried it using 2 sachets of the tea nothing happened, decided to try it again just to see if maybe it was just a bad day nothing happened again. I brought it back to the store let her know it didn’t work in hopes that she could do something for me since this was now a waste of my money. She said there was nothing she could do. Didn’t even offer a partial refund or exchange even though on the tea site it says you can get a refund if it doesn’t work. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK LONG TERM. BEWARE of people who will take advantage of you to make a quick buck.
