Having an absolute panic attack I found Joe at the front and showed him what the other salon did to me. He took me in without an appointment at closing time and performed a miracle! He is so talented, professional and just a straight up miracle worker. He fixed me my hair!! I will only go to him from now on. If you ever visit En Vogue, ask for JOE!!! He's the tall sexy gorgeous man, you can't miss him. Best service ever!
v	vini par on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the salon for chemical hair treatment for hair rebounding. I asked them that I want a natural looking straight hair. They said got it. At the end of the process a lady named Janett who did the rebounding said I need to blow dry my hair straight after every wash going forward as there will be wrinkles in my hair when I wash them. I asked what do you mean as I came here for hair rebounding meaning my hair should remain straight after every wash and she argued that I asked her for natural looking hair. I called the salon owner and he said Janett did a good job and we cant do anything now. Now after every wash my hair doesn’t remain straight and I see waves in my hair. It was such a bad experience, unprofessional and quality of service was very poor. I would not recommend this salon.

L	Laura Lee Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My HAIR LOOKS AMAZING Classy 5 star service all the way everyone was smiling I just lost my twin sister Lorraine and I was at my lowest ...this business not only brightend my Hair they brightened up the atmosphere now this place was more like bien with family my hairdresser was THE BEST she greeted me with class I could tell I was in great hands she brings a positive vibe to her work day she was very proud to be there she took my mind off my trouble and I escaped into her care I forgot how sad I was .. she did that for me effortlessly her skills and education shows in her style you CANT put a price on that she's GOLDEN and the professionalism right from the first hello when setting up the appointment ...that gentleman who I spoke with has a welcoming telephone manner , and again my hair looks fantastic I will definitely be only going here for all my future hair treatments... those ladies are amazing but I'm staying with Janet .NEVER GOIN ANYPLACE ELSE Thanks again for making my hair stunning
J	Jess S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my ears pierced at this location on August 15 and I payed $45. The lady who pierced my ears was nice but here’s where the stars got knocked off... I asked some questions and I was told they use a needle to pierce and surgical steel earrings for piercings. Stepping in to a back room to get my ears pierced, I noticed that the lady who was piercing my ears did not wash her hands or decide to wear gloves... which I thought she would put on later but did not... instead she went straight to marking my ears and preparing me for my piercing. After making the marks she began piercing my ears... she failed to notice that she did not make one clean puncture hole on both ears... because she plugged in the needle and then realized she needed more force and then pushed through the rest of my ear lobes on both sides...ouch. Then, instead of putting earnings that stay put and still in a freshly made piercing, she put some next type of earnings that constantly move around and are way to long... keeping up with after care hasn’t helped, not that lady provided any tips or recommendations... now my ear lobes are infected...

Firstly, my sister got haircut and lady was so unprofessional and rude. She was having her coffee while doing haircut. After washing her hair, she went to another customer to do their hair job and came back to do rest of the stuff. She neither put gloves on nor washing her hands. I was checking on their service so i can also get my cut but their work is so disgusting and unprofessional. She didn’t cut her hair properly(uneven length and trimming) so i told her to fix it and she was very rude to me and didn’t recognise that we are paying them. We are paying for getting best customer service, positive environment and great work not for their misbehaviour or unhygienic. When i told the whole story to receptionist and said that one of your staff member doesn’t doing great thing then he said if you donot like then donot come here . He didn’t even ask his employee and didn’t even guide his employee for creating best environment for their customer so they can come their several time. I would never never recommend this salon to anyone.??

I came from milyon to get haircut and the lady at receptionist said that today we dont do haircut and she was busy with her phone. Like what kind of service is this. They dont value their customers. Never waste you time for this salon.
K	Khushman Chouhan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the worst experience at this salon. I booked an appointment for 1pm, the stylist washed my hair and went off to style another client for 30 minutes. Finally she came back to me and I asked for a blowout. She gave me the most painful blowout ever. I have thick and long hair so her little roller brushes kept getting stuck. Every time she separated my hair, she yanked on it. The end result wasn’t even worth it because my hair still looked frizzy and she put half a bottle of hairspray on it. The total was $80 for a migraine provoking blowout. Never coming back here.
