The lady who was serving there, she added choco ice-cream,water and ice cubes but no milk was added. So, it was a water shake, but not a milk shake. When it was tasted . it was flavourless and tawdry. She found it totally wastage of money.

I've had bubble tea before and it usually has a milky taste but it didn't taste like it had any milk. I was going to just leave it but i was really dissatisfied so i decided to go back and tell the person working that it doesn't taste like normal bubble tea and that it tasted watery and she told me that it was made how it's supposed to be. So instead I decided i'll order what I usually order at this location which is a mango pineapple smoothie and it tasted nothing like it usually does and i've ordered this drink multiple times since this location opened. I was pretty disappointed with both of these drinks and in my personal opinion I dont believe it was made correctly especially the smoothie since that is what I usually order. Only giving more then 1 star because the person working was nice but the quality of the product was not at all good.

R	Rochelle Henry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buns are fresh and delicious with a very wide variety of options. I was surprised to see one in Bramalea. The quality was definitely as good as I remember. Dim sum was at this chain was new for me but it also very good.
m	moa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a chicken pie yesterday, tasted like some expired pie, has a strange taste instead of chicken or butter from the crust. They probably freeze pies or tarts for who knows how long, and take it out to sell, regardless of how old it is. I always feel discomfort when I eat their buns or pies, or anything from the store, wonder what they put in their food, preservative? swelling agent? Not worth a cent!

B	Bhavishya Sreelal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always came here because they have like the cheapest bubble tea and I used to love their buns but recently, I don’t know what happened but everything tastes stale. I had to throw out my sausage buns because they were dry and stale. The bubble tea is basically just water and the jelly used tasted weird as well. The prices have also increased for the food which is understandable but the quality is not good at all. I would recommend going to the other shoppers world location over this one
