Freshly Squeezed

I wish I could rate this zero because it deserves a zero. Visited this location on Sunday morning. The mall was opened and so was freshly squeezed. When i got there , there was a couple ahead being served and I stood in line. while they were being served, a man came to the counter and stood there. it was my turn to place my order and the representative told me one moment. and she proceeded in taking payment from the man at the counter and ignored me. I was quite livid, as i, like the man was a customer but she helped the man first. She claimed it was her friend and that he ordered and was back to pick up and pay. I have no problems with peoples friend visiting where they work but it does not mean you serve them first, a customer is a customer. Fine the man had ordered earlier, so why not take the payment then. and if he was needing to pay, he should have waited his turn in line like I did. I voiced my concern to the representative and her response was that he works in the mall and he was her friend so she was serving him first. I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager. I asked to speak to the person above her and she called some guy name Soraj on the phone who said he was the manager and he apologized. While i was standing there, the friend and the girl were looking at me and trying to make it seem as if I did something wrong requesting the manager. I was satisfied after speaking with the manager and decided to proceed and order, only to be told that the item that i needed was in the back and she couldn't help me. She wasted my time. Then on top of everything she started to cry. Great I made her cry. what a horrible person I was. SMH. If you want customer service do not visit this place. Chatime was more than happy to take my money and served me when it was my time. I will keep my money in my pocket and never buy from freshly squeezed again. One more place in BCC that won't get my money.

First time purchasing a freshly squeezed raspberry juice and now have been struggling with food poisoning, it's definitely not as fresh as they portray it to be. A1 customer service freshly squeezed I'm not very impressed !!

Had an orange juice and it was all freshly squeezed, all real, and tasted so good! Worth my money. I'm coming back here. The staff girl was very polite and sweet.

I had requested for fresh watermelon juice and the server confirmed it was freshly squeezed. However, I saw him mixing a pinkish powder along with watermelon pieces. After confronting him, he tried to turn the tables on me by stating that I had asked for a smoothly. And then the attendant blatantly stated that they do not serve freshly squeezed watermelon juice. (It's also on the menu) It's a shame. Never going back.

Always a good drink and full of energy. Price is competitive although fresh fruit stuff is always more expensive. The staff is friendly enough and willing to change things up if you want. Locating is central and the mall is usually busy here at lunch and dinner. A good place to visit for healthy alternative drinks. Be fresh!

This location uses strawberry water in strawberry banana smoothie priced at $7.25. The smoothie was very bland. Waste of money for this item…

Got the Sugarcane juice with ginger and all . It tasted good and got to see the process on this open kiosk . It was clean kiosk and enjoyed our drink. Right off the elevator.

I got the Taro but it was watered down and not thicker and blended out nice like I prefer. With tapioca it’s great but the Taro wasn’t as nice as I normally get it. The Mango Tango plus blueberry boba is a great combo. Sometimes it’s made too sweet but overall okay.
