The store is lovely lots of candles to choose from but the ring size is always limited in stock. Usually 6, 7, 8 and sometime 9 are available. You can't order into the store which means you have to pay for shipping to your home address if they don't have the size you need.
The store is usually never to busy. The young ladies that work there aren't very attentive and seem to gossip a lot more then work. Everytime I have approached the cash they have continued to chat away about there personal lives. Very unprofessional. I believe there should be a manager on duty that is older than 18.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I visited this store I had a lovely experience with the sales associate. I brought a friend on my second visit. There was a different sales associate but also lovely. :) I bought a candle and as did my friend but my ring is taking a while. I had gone back the second time for a bath bomb but the rings that come in the bath bomb I wanted aren't as dainty as I would like.

This was my first visit to this store and as a vegan person I loved it
They have so many choices of candles (better than other stores)
It’s really hard to choose from ?
Loved the experience ,lady was so helpful ,so friendly and kind
