I almost work more than 1 and half year but they don’t have sense how to speak with workers. I just leave the work only because of this reason. Even they don’t appreciate when person promote from one position to another. They treat like they are uneducated. I hope management of premier look after their line leaders.
J	JP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible place to work for. The line leaders treat you like trash and a lot of the people here are uneducated, lack respect and manners in general. The worst people who get this treatment are the agency employees. All in all, I would not recommend anytone to work for this company. Most of the time you feel like you are alienated and are working in a different part of the world because almost everybody here doesn't like to speak english. They also have a pretty useless HR department that will tell you to "forgive and forget" certain attempts of workplace harassment.

I worked on line 5 with line leaders jyoti how rude she is. As a female she don’t understand female issues I go to washroom three times continue and she was so hyper I let her know my problem and she just say to go home. My request to upper management please give some training to your line leaders how to treat with people.

Supervisor named daljit is really good and she cared about people concerns and problems. When I had a problem with one of my coworker, she helped us in resolving the issue.

Line-leaders are also caring and respectful.They give value to our work. Overall it’s a good learning experience to work here along with growth opportunities.

But they need to treat people with respect English is the Language of Ontario Canada. And it should be first what happened to going to school to learn the language or making in mandatory to speak English during work hours. Your lunch and break time is yours and speak whatever language you want but while working English is required. In Canada it is considered Rude to speak a different language if someone around you does not understand. But the Employer will do nothing. I think these issues should be taken up with the MP in that area.

Their is one line leader who have no manners at all.She works at line 11 or10 and sometimes comes to line 12 .Her talking attitude is like she is queen of the factory. Worst tongue and worst attitude. On other hand, I can say all rudeness is in this factory. Bad experience.
