★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made my brows way too thin even though I said not thin, place was nice and clean though. Very disappointed with my brows. Also they didn’t give me the option between threading or waxing, they just immediately did threading and it was very painful. Don’t recommend if u want to maintain natural looking brows

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I got my brows and upper lips done for an event and now i have scars and cuts on my brow area and even worse on my upper lips. I wish i could have read the reviews before going in. The staff was unexperienced. She was so slow and under experienced she gave me cuts even. While doing wax on upper lip area. Couldn’t expect worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my brows threaded and she cut me really badly. I went there once before and they did a great job but this lady was terrible. I have about 10 cuts on one eyebrow and 5 on the other, it was a terrible experience and she was very. they had a promotion where u got 15% off if you follow them on instagram and I did so I asked her and she said she doesn’t know how to work that. And when I asked about a different service she also didn’t know

The girl doing my brows didn’t know how to work with the thread has been doing brows for 3 weeks now, her hands were shaking the whole time. I got 2 cuts on my brows and she blamed it on my skin. The experience was so painful and unprofessional that i couldn’t sit through the whole process.
Please hire staff that are experienced and worth the money you are charging for the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to get my eyebrows done at your kurves location in brampton at bcc. There was one worker and a line up of 6 people. I waited 45 minutes. Then when I told the nice worker what I wanted she said she may or may not be able to do it. She did one eyebrow and she literally reshaped it completley and taken my ends off then she did the next one and it was so badly done i had two different eyebrows. At this point they were so thin and I had barely any eyebrows left because she attempted to fix it and i just left it. The fact that i had to pay 16.95 to have an inexperienced worker mess up my eyebrows is ridiculous!!!! and I think its false advertising and its a huge rip off. Ive been doing my eyebrows for over 20 years and never had such a disasterous appointment not because the worker wasnt nice but because your buisness promotes absolute professional and high standards of beauty and hikes up the price to only have the opposite experience!! I also felt bad for the one worker, she was nice and all but I believe she hasnt been doing eyebrows for a long time extremley inexperienced and am more disgusted that the kurves company is not what they promote!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I would give this place zero stars and go speak to a manager regarding my experience. I got my eyebrows done today (01/28/22) and specifically addressed my concerns to the lady who was doing them. She told me she would just do a ‘clean up’ since I didn’t have full growth. She ended up messing my eyebrows very bad. Gave me cuts, made my eyebrows visibly uneven, one has less hair than the other, ends don’t meet etc. Never had someone mess up eyebrows this bad. Very poor service, would never come back nor suggest this place to anyone.
