β β β β β Customer service is sooo bad. Went to refund and exchange some items I had ordered online. Was told by one of the cashiers to refund the items first then weβll go with the items for exchange. When it came time for the exchanges she called her coworker to help me find the items I was looking for, which was great BUT what happened was she had taken my original items and put them back on the floor. So when I went back to the register the other cashier took over, not the first one that refunded and knew about my exchanges. She was rude and showed major frustration and threw many comments at me. She was upset at the fact that the items were put back and so she basically was suggesting that I didnβt bring any original items with me since there was no proof of them. Making it seem like I was stealing, she says to me β well how do I know you really had these items if theyβre not hereβ and β next time you should bring everything up to the cashier before putting them back on the floorβ. Ummm excuse me? So I explained to her that I did come to the register first and that I followed instructions given to me by the other cashier, and so I turned to the other cashier and I said βyou saw me with my pile of exchanges to be madeβ and she didnβt even answer me or try to help the situation. She completely stayed quiet and out of it. Anyways, then she started bickering here and there about how busy the fitting area is and that the employee doesnβt have time to find the items she had put back. Uhhh Iβm busy too and in fact they wasted a lot of my time! Never mind theirs! At the end they finally found the 2 items that they made a big stink about, and I was finally on my way out. In conclusion, if youβre returning or exchanging any items make sure you keep them with you and donβt let them take it cuz theyβre extremely rude, unprofessional and unorganized, they have miscommunication and take it out on their customers. Completely offended and shocked at their level of professionalism, or lack of should I say.

β β β β β I absolutely LOVE dynamite! Well designed clothes, beautiful fabrics, on trend styles! The stores are often small and some donβt have great selection but if you can be patient itβs well worth it!

Used to come in a lot to buy stuff. Theyβre clothes are very comfortable. Sensible and you can go from casual to professional easily.
This story stopped stocking up or something because they donβt have a lot of stuff anymore. Oh and the store is smaller than others.

Today I visited the Suzyshier at Bramlea City Centre in hope to find a nice outfit for an upcoming interview. Upon entry, I notified one of the employees about my interest in purchasing several outfits for the purpose of working in an office environment. The employee assisted in finding a pair of Grey dress pants. She became very busy with our customers and as a result I inquired if there was any other staff members who could help me. The Team Lead, Alexia, offerred to assist. I expressed to her the importance of finding a selection of clothing as I had been transitioning into different careers. She asked me to try on what I had selected on my own, and assured me she would find a selection to suggest. After, bringing me the first set, she explained that I could only try on 5 items at a time. I had one pair of pants and 4 pairs of shirts. When I went to switch the first two sets of clothing I tried out for the new set, it was hard for me to locate an associate. The remaining clothing was being kept at the cash registers. I was forced to change back into my own clothing. From the set I tried on I was interested in purchasing two shirts. I walked out of the changeroom to get the Team Leads assistance and when she saw me she walked right by me into the store room. Irritated I notified her I was not interested in the items any longer. She turned to me and said "there right on the counter" I replied with "I thought you were suppose to exchange the clothing with me as it is 5 items at a time?" She shrugged it off an continued to pace back and forth around the back of the store. When she came back towards me, I expressed to her that I was disatifisied and going to go to another store. She replied with "okay" and began putting my items away. I left the store upset and feeling disgusted about the lack of customer service.
I ended up going to Dynamite and the service was amazing! Without even expressing my previous experience, the assistant store manager, Madison, assisted me instantly. The best thing about her service was she was loyal to helping me find the best outfits. I never had to look for her, she was always at the dressing room with amazing advice. She helped me find 3 dress shirts, 2 pairs of pants and and a fitted skirt after sorting among 10 other suggestions. After spending close to $250.00, I left very satisfied! Dynamite practices amazing customer service. I have never experienced a bad moment with any of their staff in my previous purchases. Dynamite will always be my first choice from now on. β β β β β Dynamite has become do uninspired. They used to be my go to for nice work wear that is also modern. Now they have started cutting off pieces of clothing that shouldn't be cut off at the office. Keep Garage and Dynamite separate!

β β β β β I received a pair of pants yesterday which I bought two days ago, it was a disaster to say the least. The purchaser must have been worn this a million times before returning this item to the store for repurchasing. The first thing I noticed once taken from the bag, not steamed and the colour was washed out ( very pale green). Upon looking further all areas on the garment had excessive bubbles, concentrated heavily between the leg area. This item was returned to the Bramalea City Centre location for return. Thanks to Dynamite for selling me garbage
