Today I went to the store 15-20 minutes before the actual closing time. And I requested to let me in as I just wanted to return. I am also a working person and I understand everyone wants to go home timely. But this was so unprofessional not even letting you in for a return during the store timings.

The person working the register didn't have the greatest customer service

Nice site with good atmosphere. Clothing is reasonably priced and ready to go off the rack. Modern look with classic touches. Store is clean and inviting. Staff is not overbearing. Lighting sufficient. Missed clean seats in change area to wait on my wife to show the stuff she was wearing. Otherwise a typical woman's clothing store.

Went into the store today to get a suit for my best friends wedding. The sales woman I dealt with was AMAZING. she listened, was very helpful and made sure everything was going well. The reason for the 2 star is because during my visit. I had a supervisor walking around the store watching me and my best friend. I went into the change room and she came over and knocked loud and asked "if everything was ok" I thought that was a little weird because I already had a sales person 2 feet away handling us but I just brushed that off. We then went to checkout to pay and there were 2 lines..1 line had 1 couple in it and the other line had 3 seperate families. We stepped into the line with only 1 couple the cashier finished with them and ask for the next client... Us being the nice people we are we let the ppl beside us go because they were they before we were. Immediately after we let them in front of us the same supervisor that knocked on the door rushed over and stated in a loud voice they where there first they go before them.... "I was super suprised did she not just see us let the ppl beside us go in front of us.. She then went back to the front of the store and called an associate over.... She asked the associate to serve the customer she said was next. By that time the cashier had already helped the customer in front of them so she was availble to help that client... BUT INSTEAD OF THAT CASHIER HELPING US WHICH WE WERE NEXT SHE JUST LEFT US THEIR TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT CASHIER WHEN SHE COULDVE HELPED US(SO WHERE NOT AS IMPORTANT AS THAT OTHER CUSTOMER) ... I feel like we were targeted and watched the whole time we were in the store and treated without respect and dignity by your supervisor. Your employee was fantastic but your supervisor walking the floor gave us the impression that she thought we were criminals and had to be watched. I spent about $350 in your store receipt attached and to be completey honest it was very very hard to give my money and buisness to you when I felt like that. I did not Adress this with the supervisor at the time because my best friend said today is their day and theirs a time and a place. Again I am terribly disappointed with the floor walker /supervisor you had working on Sunday April 10 at 4:05-4:14pm everyone should feel the same and espically when we have a wedding part of 8 best men that have been told to come to your store in Bramalea to. Get their suit, but I'm going to tell them to go and stay away from that supervisor because she needs considerably more training on making every client and customer feel welcome..... The sales woman we had should be the supervisor /floor walker again she was amazing from start to finish.

Their designs are on fire! Bought my coats, tops, pants and everything here ? especially bday discounts were given. Love it!
