★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Server was amazing. Friendly and professional. The food was ok but not the best it's ever been. My fries were over seasoned while the burger I found to be under seasoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I had to send the sirloin back because it was extremely rubbery and did not taste right. Which is fine but they decided to ahead and charge up for it.
It was extremely embarrassing to ask to have it taken off the bill given I'd only had one bite... They eventually took it off, I just had a higher expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant was clean, tables nicely spread apart unlike some restaurants that have them so close together just to get more seats in their building.
Service was great - I know a lot of restaurants are suffering right now but the staff working looked like they really enjoyed being there and helping each other out. Food came out at a timely manner and our server made sure she checked up on us frequently. Will definitely return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and food/menu has improved a lot as of recent. Was definitely impressed with the kids menu. 7.99 and 8.99 meals which include a drink and a dessert. Even less than McDonald's. Our bill came to less than $80 tax included. I would definitely go here again soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My goodness!!! These French toast squares were AMAZING!! Highly recommended, especially if you do not eat meat. It is very filling and comes with a side of fresh berries and other condiments. I also got one of their fresh lemonades, it did have a little aftertaste to it. That is the only reason behind the rating of 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very scared to try this place at first but when me and friends stepped inside this place, we were blown away. It's super fancy and clean. Our server was extremely nice and took care of us during our dine in visit. I ordered the smothered chicken and it's super good. For dessert, we got the starwberry cheesecake which was a 10/10. I really enjoyed my food and my experience. Everyone who visits bcc mall often should really give this place a shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like the customer service of this location. It’s in the mall, parking may be a challenge but the service is great. The ladies and I went here and I find the waiters and waitresses are very kind and accommodating. We went here for the second time. The food was also delicious.
