★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get my shoes here, same prices as footlocker but more of a USA selection. They always have 1 or 2 pairs that i really like. And im picky. They dont have a HUGE selection, but they have the nice ones. Other stuff can be a bit pricey. But hey. Its retail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say very unimpressed with the customer service here today. The girl working the cash when I came in to exchange my shoes was very rude. While dealing with me she called over another associate and said to him can you deal with her. I used to work at Champs many years ago and we could never we would have definetly been reprimanded for dealing with customers this way. Also the music selection had very profane language and they didn't care at all I couldn't believe. Whoever the manager is needs to give his staff a lesson in basic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. I went in looking to buy a new pair of shoes. There were 3 employees standing by the entrance.
First one was on the phone. The second one was just walking around doing nothing. Then he started flirting with the third employee who came around. Not one of them said hello or offered any help.
I left and took my money elsewhere. One of them was even staring at me as I walked out of the store and still offered no help. These are not proper salesman for a business; they are little kids running around socializing with each other on company time. It’s basically time theft. I am never coming here again.
