★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wonderful service. I had originally gone to square one where I was treated rudely. The asian girl with the nice eyelashes at the cashier was so friendly and helpful. she answered all the questions I had and even helped me with a shoe they didn't have in store. 10/10 service. Truly a wonderful experience, the store did a great job with hiring her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sneakers had some white glue stains on them, seemed like the quality wasn’t up to par with other Jordan releases. I was able to rub them off pretty easily though. I wish the employees checked the sneakers before giving them to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoes had these glue stains that should’ve been caught at the factory. Disappointed in you footlocker.
Also, The manager took a long time to come back with the shoes I requested so I asked one of the other employees on the floor and they said he usually takes a long time to find shoes and that it’s normal? Terrible customer service if you ask me. Anyways I’m going to shop elsewhere and I’d recommend you do the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just dont think the employees care about the store they are working in at all... there are not even proper shoes on the shelves outside.. you go inside and you woould know in just few secinds that you doont wanna buy something for ya in the first plac mainly in the shoe section...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad experience. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Wanted to pick up some new shoes. Walked in nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. The 4 people that were supposed “working” were too busy on their phones or having conversations with each other. Ended up walking out and getting my shoes from champs… doubt I’ll ever return to this location again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the wrong size last time I came here, so I flew over today to return them. The manager Darion was very professional and respectful when I told him I didn't have my receipt, and instead looked up the e-reciept.
The only complaint I have is that I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the employee to come back with the right size. Other than that, service was perfect. My niece is going to love these new sneaks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I buy my shoes from here they have an extra-squishy sole. I love how comfortable my shoes feel and I might be imagining this but I almost feel like the shoes I buy are limited edition since they seem to have this custom white detailing on the inside. Would definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting 20 minutes for the guy to cum out of the back with my size, I noticed the shoes were warm, and had glue that never fully cured on them. I think this footlocker actually makes the shoes in the back, which is awesome! The shoes fit so good, they didn't want to cum off, Almost like they were stuck!
