One of the worst place, wait times are crazzy. Staff is really rude specially receptionist.
First they will make you wait in the waiting area. then they will make you wait in the room.
There is only one doctor to see all patients.

My mother is a triple bypass patient and the doctor here (who's name I yet have to confirm) tells my mom to tell her one problem per visit because it's government funded. This doctor should be written up and stripped of her license. I'm going to post this doctor's name here and everywhere else the moment I confirm it. This doctor needs to probably get laid or do something to get out of her miserable life. Pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have worked at this clinic back in 2015 as a receptionist, the doctors I worked with were Dr. SALAHUDDIN, Dr. SHEZIKI, Dr. Amin, Dr. SHAISTA & The family doctor Dr. MALIKA
Within my experience of work there and with these doctors were easy,
I never had an issue they were very helpful given they no my background.
When it came time for patients I made sure all my parents got into the rooms as fast and efficient as possible.
When it comes time for Dr. MALIKA, even scheduling an appointment doesn't mean it will end in timez one time about walk-ins and family doctors is you can go to family doctors usually with more then one problem,
Oh course it's always best to let us know a head of time so we can schedule the right amount of time,
Also sometime people come in without telling us a head of time and they have more problems then they should for that appointment.
Which makes it hard on the doctors.
And makes time run longer then it should,.
One the weekends I used to open the clinic early to let patients in sign in so when the doctor walked in the patients were
Already in the rooms ready for them to start, made it ran smoothly,
I never took the patients healthcard away other then to scan it and to pull the file, I always handed it back,
If it was a new patient they filled out the paperwork that's on the front desk and then brought me there healthcard to be scanned,
Wa.. Haven a system that works made it so much easier, I miss working there but I have now moved on.s so simply

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best walk in clinics in Ontario. Dr Mallika and Ms Hafsah a team to appreciate. They listen to what you want to say and will do the best to help. I've been with this clinic since 2003 and I dont have even 1 complaint. Not to mention dr Amin. Excellent team of professionals!!! Keep doing what you are doing and you'll see lots of smiles ? . All the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't want to give 1 star but no zero star option. I waited for 2 hours for the doctor. She examined my son really quickly and didn't explain any of my concerns. I asked a question about my son's problem and the doctor told me to contact my family doctor. Also, receptionists are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so bad, I want to give them a zero. But that’s not possible, so I’ll give them a 1. Worst doctors office I’ve ever been to in my life. The people at the front desk are not only rude but extremely slow. They never answer calls. NEVER. Oh and don’t bother making an appointment because you’ll go there and still have to wait. There’s always ONE doctor working and she’s always rushing. Terrible at her job and never listens to patient concerns. Constantly cuts u off when you’re trying to speak and makes it feels like you’re overreacting or your illness isn’t real. At this point, the government should shut this place down. If you need a good doctor, go somewhere else because this place and everyone who works here is HORRIBLE!!
